I loved the idea of a personalised jumper with my dogs face on it. I had read that the process could take a while due to making amendments to the proof. I found it quite difficult to communicate the changes I wanted & didn't feel like the final proof looked exactly like my dog, but at that point I was fed up of going back& forth trying to get it just right. There seemed to be different people replying to the messages about the changes required, so don't know if this was a bit of a stumbling block.
The order arrived quite quickly once the final proof was approved. The quality of the jumper is nice, a little too oversized, but that's ok! This is such a lovely concept - I just feel it needs to be refined a little.

I ordered a cushion with a portrait of our beloved dog who we lost earlier this year. It’s clear to see the embroidered portraits are made with love and attention to detail. I paid extra to receive my order faster, in time for my mum’s birthday. The service I received was fantastic, getting regular email updates, getting the proof illustration and receiving my order within a week. My sweater was great, the design was well made and the quality of the product was absolutely fantastic

Disappointed in shipping time being quite misleading, 2 weeks international took 8 weeks to ship. No other reasoning provided other than they have been “busy”. Loved the embroidery, but the hoodie I received was natural fabric with speckles all over it that made me think it was dirty upon arrival. This wasn’t made clear upon ordering. Lots to improve on for what the items cost so truthfully wouldn’t order again.

I bought a sweatshirt and got a t shirt included and they both turned out great! Both items were a gift for me friend and I can't wait to give them to her!

My daughter bought my 1st sweatshirt for Christmas, my dog was terminally ill, so it was a lovely gift. After we lost him shortly after,I bought another. The details in the embroidery is absolutely lovely, and the materials will last a long time.

The final product looks just like the proofs and I am in love with it! They did such an amazing job with my pups and I get so many compliments when I wear my sweatshirt!

I love my sweatshirt including a portrait of my beloved dog. The sweatshirt itself appears high quality and I love the colour. I went for a size large because I like the fit to be oversized and found it was pretty long but I don't mind too much! The portrait is so cute and I've got loads of my compliments on it, it's a great likeness and it was good that you can have as many amendments as required. The only thing was that I felt that the design could have been placed every so slightly lower on the chest, but this is only if I'm being very picky. No issues with delivery. I would purchase something from here again.

I really wanted to love the product, especially as it was a present. Delivery was later than promised so it missed the originally intended celebration, and communication with Lucy & Lola was lacking and/or confusing.

The embroidery is good (hence 2 stars not 1) but the quality of the slippers is very poor for the price - it’s effectively Temu quality which implies no judgement on this, but you aren’t typically spending £50-£60 on them.

The slippers were just in a bag, no packing or packaging whatsoever. It felt a little thoughtless - like the company is trying to run before it can walk. The marketing emails are intense. I could not recommend buying from them again.
