Ordering and approval process was fun and easy. Thrilled with the sweatshirt, lovely quality, soft and fleecy inside and the embroidery of my dog is gorgeous.

Gorgeous portraits and a beautiful way to keep my pets by my side! I received a jumper with my buns for Christmas and I am in love!!! During the process of ordering the jumper my parents had some complications with the communication and the final product of the jumper, though Lucy and Lola still made it perfect and sent the item on time and now just received the other one which I am super grateful for, thank you. I have just ordered my 3rd jumper to add to the collection. Really do recommend :-)

I am so pleased with my order from Lucy and Lola. My slippers are comfortable and the embroidery represents my dog perfectly. Communication was clear and while it did take a while to come (which is to be expected when custom ordering an embroidered item) I am thrilled with the result.

I received my order today and I am beyond happy with it. The quality of the hoodie and the embroidery of my cat are incredible. The communication during the process was very easy. They send you a 'proof' email of your chosen embroidery and you can then confirm or deny the design. Unfortunately they missed a few orange tortoise shell patterns on my kitties face, so I asked them to add a bit more which they did. Once I confirmed I was happy it didn't take too long for my hoodie to arrive. I lost my soul kitty almost 2 months ago now and I am still grieving heavily for her. Safe to say once my beautiful hoodie arrived some happy tears were shed. I would highly recommend Lucy & Lola to any of my friends and family and strangers. Thank you for creating my new favorite hoodie!!

Really great service, the jumper was beautiful & the gift recipient loved it. Even as someone who was if honest a bit its nice but I wouldn't buy myself one when I saw it was amazed at the quality and design work

I ordered a size 8/10 as described on their sizing chart and ended up with a size 14 item that was so big I couldn’t wear. This was due to confusing and conflicting information on their sizing chart. This was not resolved to my satisfaction and whilst the company were polite they only offered me a 30% discount on FUTURE products. Basically I spent £50 on a product I can’t wear. However, the embroidery was beautiful, just double check sizing!!!!

So happy with the quality and attention to detail of my design, very fair price and great customer service. Would highly recommend

Best GIFT EVER!! Honestly, if you have an animal loving friend in your life this is honestly the most perfect gift. She cried with how precious it was and how accurate her dogs looked. The team were amazing sending over a proof of the embroidery before it was made. Incredible! Would definitely order again!

The quality is great and the drawings are amazing, but what impressed me the most is how they have captured my baby’s eyes perfectly. I bought four sweaters for me and family members, as my dog has been diagnosed with lymphoma, and they sent me a tote bag for free.
It takes some time, but I understand that it’s needed to deliver a great quality product.
Customer service is very nice and professional and respond very quickly.

So pleased with the gorgeous beach bag I bought my mum for Mother's Day with her dog on. Such a beautiful personalised item and keepsake.

They promised an artists proof in 3 days and delivery by Mother’s Day (which was 17 days after the order), the proof took 7 days, they shipped it 4 days after Mother’s Day, and it arrived 2 days after that.
I ordered the women’s medium size for my wife and its larger (longer body, longer sleeves, similar chest, smaller at the waist) than my men’s XXL Uniqlo sweatshirt.
When I contacted them because I was worried it hadn’t shipped and would be late I was told they were ‘busy because of Crufts’ and when I complained about the size they said it was ‘deliberately oversized’ and a ‘unisex’ product, despite their size guide saying explicitly that a medium is a UK Women’s 10-12.
The artwork was also pretty meh, my wife asked me if I had really sent them a picture or just picked from a generic set.
She said she would have ordered a women’s large, listed as a 12-14, but this medium is actually so ridiculously big she can only wear it to sleep. At 5’3” her fingers don’t even reach the cuffs and the waistband is well on its way to her knees.
So basically a failure on every level - late, wrong, bad, and crappy customer service.
