Tuve que cancelar un viaje y pedí un reembolso, se me notificó que está en proceso, y de 15 a 3 meses se me reembolsaría, ha pasado más de 6 meses y hasta el momento el reembolso no me
Lo han dado y en los correos que he enviado solo dicen que está en trámite sin nada más.

Ayer 6 de febrero compramos dos vuelos , desde Barcelona a cd de México y por 2 eran 1,100€y ahora nos llegó un correo diciendo q hubo cambio de tarifa de un día a otro y q tenemos q pagar la diferencia por 1250€ extra, es una locura, marcamos al número que tienen y un contestador dice q no estamos marcando en horario, cuando su página dice q desde las 9 AM hasta las 4pm es su horario, y nada. Pésimo servicio con miedo a q no nos devuelvan lo q ya hemos pagado,ni de chiste les daremos más dinero. Que ladrones.

Wollte unbedingt buchen und dann sagt er bei 4 verschiedenen Kreditkarten, die alle funktionieren und nach 15 Versuchen dass die Karte nicht belastet werden konnte. Trotz mehrfacher Abklärung mit der Bank.

Booked a flight, they took money from my account and cancelled the booking due to no payment. No way of contacting them either. Disgraceful.

Nonexistent customer service: it is impossible to reach them, whether by phone or email. My return ticket was canceled without my consent, supposedly because the flight was full, yet no alternative solution was offered. I am now stuck abroad, completely abandoned by this agency.

I had seen very negative reviews before booking, but I still decided to give them a chance. Big mistake! They respect neither their customers nor their legal obligations.

Un site malhonnête est surtout des réponse par email incompréhensible , les conseille ne veulent faire aucun effort surtout éviter d’acheter vos billet sur ce site , mon expérience est déplorable , j ai pris un billet pour offrir à ma sœur et malheureusement le prénom étais le mien au lieu du sien faute de ma part mais tout le reste coresponder j’ai contact le service client quelque heure après en sachant que j’ai le droit d’un remboursement avant 24h la compagnie que j’ai contacter ne pouvais pas modifier le prénom mais m’a bien stipuler que le site pouvais faire le remboursement , le site me répond 24h après pour me dire que je ne peux pas bénéficier du changement de prénom mais aussi d’un remboursement pck j demande une modification du prénom et que le délai étais passer alors que c’était faux !! C’est leur réponse qui a tarder le délai donc je n’ésg pas de remboursement un vol !!!!

No compren vuelos por esta página , son ladrones , compré un vuelo desde harrisburg hasta Savannah, me cobraron de mi cuenta 406€ me dijeron que esperara máximo 8 horas para confirmación del vuelo nunca llegó , me fui hasta el aeropuerto con un correo que me habían enviado y al llegar a la aerolínea , allegiant air me dijeron que no aparecía ningún dato con el. Número de reserva 4996018496 y que había sido víctima de un robo o estafa .. así que no recomendaría jamás esta empresa esto ocurrió el 22 de diciembre de 2024 el vuelo está a nombre de John Quintero
