A company is a FRAUD! don't believe those beautiful pictures they put on their site! Clothes are of do poor quality that adequate person will never wear them! Avoid their goods, don't trust beautiful pictures!!

I bought a pair of boots from them and are the lowest quality boots, they have better quality at Walmart for $19.99. They offered me 30% off my purchase of $104 and I said no way ! It’s a scam and they know it! It cost 177$ to return them so I contacted my credit card company and they told they must supply a prepaid return label for a full refund.

The boots arrived in perfect condition. A bit stiff at first, but they broke in nicely after aday.

The shoes are stylish and lightweight. I expected slightly thicker padding, but overall theyperform

Terrible company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! ordered a jacket on the 9th October still not received - contacted lurcerti customer services several times to ask where my order is to be fobbed off! Now going through the process of getting my money back through my bank. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Placed an order 19 Nov 2025, still not received 10 Dec 2025. Lucerti refusing to give a full refund, offering 20% of what I have paid. Absolutely disgraceful. AVOID

Order finally received on 10 Jan 2026 after I threatened legal action. Quality is extremely poor, I can see through the material.

This is NOT a legitimate company. This company is not legitimate and appears to be in business primarily to deceive customers. I purchased a jacket advertised as XXL, but what arrived was closer to a small—I couldn’t even get it on. I contacted them immediately, but from the very beginning they refused to provide any clear return instructions. Instead, they claimed the return address was “somewhere in Europe” and that shipping it back would cost more than the jacket itself. Their solution? Offering me a small discount to keep an unusable item.

The quality of the jacket was also nowhere near what they show in their advertisements. Although their own Return Policy promises hassle-free returns, in practice they use every tactic possible to discourage you from sending anything back.

My advice: avoid this company entirely.

This. Implant is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The clothes do not fit, are cheaply made, and they do not offer refunds or returns even though they state that they do. They sent the wrong size on both items on my first order, then they did it again on the second replacement order, which they forced my to pay for shipping because they do not have a return system.

I ordered what was advertised as a linen suit. I placed the order. Later in the fine print I noticed the word "Blend." Not good. I tried canceling the order but received an email saying once the order is processed they cannot issue a refund. EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE ASSURES A SMOOTH RETURN IF WITHIN 30 DAYS. I sent this copy of what their published policy is:
Yes, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Just contact our customer service team...and we’ll take care of the rest—whether it’s a smooth refund or exchange.

Yeah, real smooth. From false advertising to lies about their policy.
I intend to file a vendor grievance with my bank. Horrible experience.

I did TWO items ordered, but I received just one; actually, it's so bad.

Thanks to Trustpilot. I did my homework before making purchase. The website lucerti.com and velcari.com seems to be run by the same people. Why would someone run two identical website with identical items if it is a legitimate website.
The item displayed looks great but I would not spend a penny for item good for nothing. It would be great to have a feedback from Lucerti.com and velcari.com.

SCAM…I am 1st time buyer with free returns
I ordered and want to return due to poor quality, email from customer service that I have to pay for return shipping back to Belgium .
Then offer me discount, replace item, etc
Then no more communication.
Hole in jackets too. Cheap quality.

A total SCAM...the only reason I gave one star is that it was required to post a review. What I ordered by the picture and the quality of the item I received was totally different, I will request a return for a full refund and if refused or the process is too cumbersome I will file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is a total SCAM. Several attempts have been made to proces a return for a reund and all I got was the runaround and some BS that it would have to be returned to Belguim and the return shipping would exceed the value of the item so I should settle for a minor partial refund. Again, TOTAL SCAM. I wish I could post pictures of the item I ordered from their catalog and what I actually received...it's a joke.

Purchased two men's sweaters From Lucerti and when I received them, I was not happy with the cut or quality. The phone # on website has a recorded message directing you contact them via their support email address. Sent multiple emails inquiring about about return process and after several days, still have not gotten a response. Steer clear of purchasing from Lucerti.

I never received the merchandise I ordered. When I reached out to them, they falsely claimed that I signed for it. I then reached out to the shipping company who provided pictures of my package that they delivered to an apparent abandoned house (I drove up and down my street and couldn't even find the house) in spite of having my correct address on the package. The picture clearly showed the package left on some random porch and was clearly not signed for by anyone. Luverti refused to make the situation right, even though they had the pictures as well. They refused to work with me so I had to flie a claim with my credit card company. I would avoid this company as they are extremely dishonest and refuse to take care of their customers.

Absolutely rubbish product

I was shopping for an inexpensive pair of casual slip-on shoes ( Lucerti Alessio Leather), They were delivered in 1.5 months (not punctual).
Arrived as advertised, look good and an OK fit (I would order a 1/2 size larger).
They are comfortable, stylish and inexpensive. NOT top quality, but above average.
I received compliments on them at a dinner party I attended.

Poor quality and missing items. No response to emails. Avoid!!!

I didn’t realise this was coming from abroad, probably China. It took 17 days to arrive in the UK from ordering.

Upon receiving the quality is extremely poor and unwearable if honest.

The material is really thin, with threads hanging out of it everywhere. The labels are all in foreign too.
