Such a fun day out great for families
Had a fantastic day out to Watermouth Castle nr Ilfracombe with my 4yr old Grandson we went to the theme park whilst I was staying for the weekend at my son & daughter in laws in Combe Martin having some Nana & grandson bonding time we had so much fun together going on the rides, having something to eat & drink & just having a fun time my grandson as Autism & ADHD I will definitely go again next time I'm staying in Combe Martin

The best help in an urgent situation!!!!
My family from the Netherlands were unable to travel last minute to London ( through illness). I had bought tickets for the Lion King for them as a treat, which was 4 days later. Love to visit helped me and advised me how to cancel the tickets and get a refund as well as booking new tickets when my family will come later this year instead.
Their service was professional and excellent! I spoke to a person, which was the best!!!!
No AI to answering your questions which is never good. Thanks to Love to visit I had a refund in a few days. I cannot praise Love to visit enough!!!!

I had an issue with a museum ticket…
I had an issue with a museum ticket booked through the app, but the customer service team responded quickly and offered a fair solution. Really impressed by how they handled everything. Had issues with tickets
Bought zoo tickets from love to visit website as they were cheaper than the zoo website.
Didn’t receive a confirmation email or any tickets. Contacted them and got an automated email saying they will get back to me within 48 hours. Someone did call me and cancelled the payment and my money went back to my account probably due to a glitch on the website. The guy on the phone was very friendly and resolved my issue.

Took payment and nothing recieved
Took payment. No tickets sent. No way of contacting them and auto response advises 48 hours. There’s no phone number to contact them should there be an issue.

After looking into this, we found that the payment had not been fully accepted by the bank, which meant the booking was not completed and the funds were left as pending rather than captured.

Poor up front electronic service but good person to person resolution in the end.
Made 2 bookings at Blackpool Tower but needed to immediately change the date on the first booking. Could not change date on their website. Can only change forward not backward. Sent requests to Company on their website to request change. Despite Lovetovisit having a 48 hour resolution policy I was unable to have booking amended before going overseas and had to pay for a second booking direct once in the UK. On return from holiday I endeavoured to seek a refund for the first unused booking and after a couple of weeks of email exchanges Ivan from Customer Services resolved the issue so that a refund could be made. In the end I got a feeling of appreciation that Ivan really wanted to help with a good customer focus in mind.
