We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
Your help desk ticket came through at 9:13 AM and was flagged as urgent. We responded within the hour and tried calling you back, though our phone lines were exceptionally busy following the bank holiday.
After investigating with the supplier, we found that while your booking went through correctly on our side, the supplier unfortunately didn’t send out your ticket email as expected. As soon as we confirmed the issue, we cancelled the booking and issued a full refund straight away.
We want to be very clear — we are not scammers. We’re a small, dedicated team that genuinely cares. While we understand how this must have felt from your side, we did everything we could to resolve the issue quickly and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to see a payment showing on your account but not receive a booking reference or tickets.
After looking into this, we found that the payment had not been fully accepted by the bank, which meant the booking was not completed and no tickets were generated. The funds were left as pending rather than captured by us.
Our team has since contacted you directly, released the pending payment from our side, and followed up to explain what happened.

A visit to Chester zoo
A visit to Chester zoo, buying tickets on the day at the zoo was going to cost £122 for 2 adults and 1 child! I could have booked online by 9.30 am to get for £115 but I missed that time. My daughter looked for any offers and showed me Lovetovisit.com and we got the tickets for £93! Perfect and will definitely recommend and use again.

An excellent night out.
We paid less for our ticket than other people. It was sit anywhere so we had a first class view. There was some confusion at the gate because the QR code didn't work but we were allowed in eventually.

Bought a ticket to visit Chatham Historic Dockyard via LoveToVisit. The process was simple and straightforward and the price was the cheapest we could find at the time - about 20% cheaper than buying from the Dockyards own website.
