Peterborough circus cancelled due to weather
Booked circus tickets event was cancelled due to the weather we only had an email of the cancellation but we’d already left home. The weather had been bad all night and the morning but they waited till almost one hour before to cancel and notify customers. We were offered to attend the later evening time but it meant hanging around with 2 little ones for over 3 hours.
So I emailed to say we couldn’t take them up on the offer of the later show was told I’d get a response back within 48 hours 7 days later I’m still waiting for a refund and when you try calling it goes to leave a message. So steer clear of this website.

Money charged to credit card but no tickets and no replies to emails!
I was contacted after a few days and the credit card charge was reversed. I sent a follow up to ask about the gift card. This was resolved in 28 October. I understand that this was picked up due to my review. Happy with the outcome
I booked tickets and used a gift card for part payment. The website said they couldn't complete the transaction and when I checked my credit card they had taken the money. The gift card is also now saying that its invalid so assume it has taken that as well. So far 2 emails and 1 call and still no reply or any idea when my tickets will be sent/ or refunds will be issued. Don't use this company - as this seems to be a common experience as from what I can see they don't reply to these negative reviews either.

AVOID - Booked tickets for this weekend with them online. Purchased 8 tickets for my son’s birthday. The money was taken followed by an error system error, its us not you - email us’. I have called 20 times in 2 days. No one has responded to my voicemail or email. Not even worth 1 star.

Saved Money AND Great Customer Service
I initially booked tickets through Love2Visit for Aerospace Bristol, at my own risk I had booked them the night before and paid for them but never received my tickets and was due to be in Bristol the following day. I immediately panicked and sent emails through to their customer service team as well as contacting them on Facebook (can you tell panic set in) and rang their customer service line to no answer. Just as I set off to Bristol, I received an email from Richard, the product director with a prompt explanation of what had happened and my tickets attached. It can't have been more than an hour after I had called before I received that email, they had me sorted before I even arrived in Bristol, thank you so much for the great service!

Great price hassle -free

Excellent value for money.
This was a perfect place to visit with my 4.5 yr old grandson prior to his first day at school. Weather was rather threatening but stayed dry all the time we were outside.
He loved all the exhibits and finding all the dinosaurs on their trail to gain a badge! He was desperate to see lizards and gecko’s and was happy with the Reptile room, although an older child would probably have been disappointed by the very small selection!
The highlight was probably the flying displays especially when the Owl landed right next to him on the post!
The cafe is extremely limited but exceptional value and quality.
The whole day out there was excellent value for money and we will visit again.

Great savings for a family day out
Great website which I just stumbled across to book a family visit to Dudley Zoo and Castle. I bought the tickets at a discounted price which was greatly appreciated as a family ticket does not come cheap! Easy website to use as well and some great discounts to be had!
