Do not trust this company. Fraud nothing else after 6 months of ripping me off and messing with the bank to block them from taking money for nothing they contact me saying they will refund me if I give a good review I tell them I will after the refund but oh no first we need review so i give them 5 stars as a scam company.

J'avais une demande inhabituelle, mais l'équipe du service client n'a pas hésité à m'aider. Ils ont trouvé une solution créative et se sont assurés que j'étais entièrement satisfait.

Its a fckn scammer company. They made a fake account w my daughters email and get her card datas from swhere. We just realized that they made a subscription and charged her card. The only solution was to block the card and inquir a new one.

I am appalled by the unscrupulous behavior of this company. Without my permission, they signed me up for a subscription, which was already a major red flag. When I attempted to cancel this unauthorized subscription and requested a refund, they had the audacity to demand that I leave a positive review on Trustpilot. They explicitly instructed me to give them a 4 or 5-star rating and to avoid mentioning the refund or cancellation. This is blatant blackmail and a grossly unethical practice. No reputable company should engage in such deceitful tactics. Avoid this company at all costs!

I had a phone call off Claire explaining the situation that had occurred. She sorted everything out for me. I'm happy with the outcome

I was contacted by Jeremy from the company who assured me that finally my money for the membership I never agreed to, will be returned to me in the next 5-7 working days, so I hope that will be the case and I can finally put this all behind me. Thank you for your help Jeremy

bonne expérience , sérieux, et honnête

Arnaque ! Je n’ai jamais pris d’abonnement chez eux, ni même réalisé une seule commande.
Je pense qu’il y’a eu un échange de données entre sites sinon je ne comprend pas comment ils ont eu accès à mon compte .
Sachant que je n’ai jamais commandé chez eux , je me suis seulement fait voler 2 fois par mois 8e45 pendant 3 mois !
Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser et nient m’avoir voler mes informations.
Ahh et je précise , c’était même pas mon nom sur le compte, c’était celui de ma mère , qui n’a pas mes informations bancaires.
Donc ! J’aurai créé un compte (sans m’en rendre compte) au nom de ma mère avec mes information bancaire à 16,9 e par mois pour rien commander et perdre 61e . Voilà .
