I got in touch about an issue with a recent order as the leggings didn’t feel quite the same as ones I’ve had before.
Mia was really lovely to deal with - quick to reply, understanding, and actually took the time to look into it properly rather than just giving a standard response.

I looked at Lovall products for a while before taking the plunge and was excited to receive a pair of their winter leggings for Christmas. They are so soft and so warm! They are super thick which I love. They are quite tight, so feel like it would be worth sizing up, however, I haven’t yet tried their normal everyday leggings, so this could just be due to the ‘winter’ feature on them.

I then started looking for jeans to fit a smaller waist and larger hips/bum figure and was really pleased with the reviews I read about Lovalls ‘lift and shape’ jeans. I ordered a size 12 (as normal) and went for petite so the leg sat on my ankles. They were perfect! They were a lovely fit and comfortable, however, I pulled them up to try them on and I was gutted to find that one of the belt loops pinged off at the bottom! I took and photo and sent it to their customer service and I must say, I received the best customer service I ever have before. I heard back from Mia, who was so friendly and understanding. She was apologetic and explained that this is not the normal quality they would expect. She very quickly arranged a replacement to be posted and I received my email confirmation of this today. My first email was sent on Monday and by Wednesday, a replacement has been sent. I can’t wait to receive them!

Overall, really impressed with the level of customer service from Lovall and will absolutely be growing my collection with them!

Great customer service. I wanted to add to my order but it was too late. However the customer service rep gave me a free shipping code so I was not out of pocket.

And great quality clothing that lasts - I’ve been buying clothes from when they were love leggings.

Don't get me wrong the products are fantastic BUT customer service is Apalling - now - used to be great but...nope.
This is the third time they have sent me the wrong item. In the past they have been very helpful on their chat and apologised and arranged to send out the correct item - great! But now there is NO number to call to speak to a real person and not even a real person on the chat. Even their 'delightful' AI chatbot cut me off and ended the conversation before I could explain that they had once again sent out the wrong item.
They are very quick to take my money but now say they won't even look at my issue for 2 days, so they have my money but I don't have the product I ordered.
Another problem with Lovall is that they use EVRI which is a corrupt useless courier. I have had several parcels stolen by Evri including one from Lovall, SO I paid for Royal Mail next day delivery - but when Lovall send the wrong item then refuse to communicate with me about it it kinda defeats the purpose of paying extra for next day delivery doesn't it!!!!
I am so so disappointed and really disgusted at how they now treat their loyal customers.
On their web site they say, 'Received an incorrect Item?
All parcels are checked meticulously before being dispatched'
BUT they can't be that meticulous if this is the third time I've received the wrong item can they!!!!!!

12th May 26 - Update - Mia from Lovall has been very helpful and has managed to rectify the wrong item delivered. She has been very apologetic and thankfully I do now have the correct item. However, I stand by my disappointment with the company's policy of no longer having a real person on the end of the chat and no phone number to call to speak to a person.

I always get my leggings from Lovall, I love the quality, the fit and choice of leggings- especially as a petite female, this can be difficult. I contacted customer services after noticing the seam on the leggings were coming undone and there was a hole in the seam. I sent photos and within a couple of days I received an email informing me that I could get a new pair. It was so easy, communication has been great and I have had a positive experience, which is why I will be a repeat customer in the future.

I’ve shopped with Lovall for years now, since they were love leggings. I repeatedly buy leggings from them and have also tried some other items on too. On two occasions I have noticed that the stitching on the seam of the leggings has started to come apart to create a hole only after a few wears. Both times I reached out to customer service and they were beyond friendly and helpful and offered a prompt replacement. Mia on the customer service team was especially helpful. I do really like the clothes and it’s good to know that if their are any issues with quality they will be resolved.

Unfortunately Evri lost my parcel, Lovall refunded my delivery fee straight away and were unable to track my parcel through Evri and sent out a replacement order with no issues

I received a faulty item. Had a prompt response from Mia. She sent me an alternative as my original item was no longer in stock. Not ideal to receive a faulty item but these things happen and can’t fault their helpful response.

Mia was really helpful with resolving my issue. I have had Lovall leggings for years. Unfortunately a hole appeared in my new leggings, at the top of my thighs, not even had them for 3 weeks. I sent a picture across and she has been great with communication, understanding and sending me a new pair out.

I ordered a pair of trousers and when arrived they unfortunately had a small rip. I contacted customer services and Charlotte was helpful and sorted a replacement pair promptly. Friendly and efficient service!

Lovely leggings, the fit is perfect however, they have bobbled and lost some colour of time and I can no longer wear them. I think re purchasing to have this happen is a waste of money as they are expensive to do this
