Great customer experience and Great Leggings!
I have been buying my leggings from Lovall for a long time. Sadly, I recently came across an issue with a pair of leggings I had ordered. Although Lovall did not have to provide a replacement pair, they did, and the customer service I received from Mia throughout was excellent.
The replacement leggings are perfect. As soon as I opened the package, I could immediately tell the difference in the material, and most importantly, they are completely squat-proof and not see-through, which is so important when buying leggings.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely listens to customers and handles issues with honesty, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you again to Mia and the Lovall team for resolving this so thoughtfully.

Bought a pair of jeans after rave…
Bought a pair of jeans after rave reviews and the quality was horrendous! So annoyed as they were expensive too. There are random stitching errors on the side of the jeans which doesn't look great and what's worse is someone else pointed it out!
Update: What turned this experience around for me was their outstanding customer service! They got in touch very quickly and we got the issue resolved. Was really impressed - thank you for listening and helping.

I have been buying the high waisted…
I have been buying the high waisted everyday leggings from Lovall for several year. They are my favourite ever! They are super soft, enough stretch for comfortability and the high waist band is brilliant. They wash up lovely.
The last pair I bought for some reason felt different and weren’t washing up and giving the flexibility like the previous pairs so I dropped customer service an email.
A lovely woman called Mia got in touch with me and was very transparent and explained that they had a few other customers that had contacted them with the same concern. They advised me that they had been looking into this and investigating a few batches and we rectifying the situation promptly. They couldn’t apologise enough and offered me a replacement pair.
They offered me to try their new everyday high waisted lightweight leggings which I’ve never bought before so I said okay, I will try those please.
They arrive this morning after being posted next day Delivery. What can I say?
WOW 🤩
I didn’t think their leggings could get any better, but these are so soft not as heavy as the other pair perfect for summer still opaque and the waistband is even better than the standard every day leggings. I am absolutely thrilled and over the moon with these so going forward these are my new go to leggings.

High quality 100% cotton leggings
These are the most comfortable, high quality leggings I have ever bought. It annoys me that brands sell 100% polyester (plastic clothing) for over £100, but Lovall is 100% cotton and great for gym or lounge wear. The high waist sits comfortably and gives my figure a lovely shape. Mia was super friendly and handled my query fast. I will be stocking up on these.

I absolutely love Lovall leggings
I absolutely love Lovall leggings — my wardrobe is full of them. They are the most comfortable leggings I have ever worn. The customer service is excellent as well. Fantastic leggings and great customer care
Fantastic leggings, have bought a few now both maternity and normal. The only improvement would be to add pockets. I had a small issue with my order, but Lovell were great at replacing them quickly. I ordered from Lovall as I have been looking for non plastic clothes and the Lightweight styles are just that! Super soft, lovely colours and great fit true to size.
Before I ordered I emailed the customer team and Mia sent me a great reply with details of their most natural range to suit what I needed and also included handy links to the products she recommended, this made buying super easy rather than just a list of products she took the time to do this and I probably wouldn't have ordered without her. Excellent customer service when things went wrong
I ordered some everyday leggings (just to replace an older pair that had got damaged) they arrived very different to what I’ve always known from Lovall. Sizing was way off.
I contacted customer service and Mia was incredibly helpful. Reassuring me that there may be a bad batch and that I’m not the only one with this issue. She was quick to offer a variety of solutions. I asked for a refund and it appeared in my account by the next day.
Customer service was absolutely excellent.
I re ordered my usual size in a different range and the fit and quality is exactly what I’d expect. Very impressed with the way this was handled by Mia and Lovall.

My order was not delivered. I waited 12 days before contacting Customer Services just in case it was just a delay. It was a delay but with the courier not the store. I contacted Customer Services online over the weekend which was very easy and straight forward and they got in touch with me first thing on Monday. The lady I communicated with was MIA. Mia was so efficient so helpful and gave me options of a refund or for her to send my order again express next day delivery. I chose the latter and received it as promised. Not everything goes well and I did have…
Not everything goes well and I did have a problem with my first purchase but decided to email the company before I reviewed- thus giving them a chance to rectify it. Oh my goodness I received a prompt reply from Mia who understood the fault and said they’d had a problem with a batch. They were hugely apologetic and arranged for a replacement pair which were speedily sent out to me. I honestly couldn’t fault this company and I have to add most importantly that I love these leggings. They are the everyday lightweight ones - just perfect!
