Beware postage and return postage costs
Paid £3.99 postage and then another £1.99 to return. So nearly £6 out of pocket to receive and return a lightweight vest top! Wont be ordering from here again.
Buyers beware when ordering as charged twice basically if have to return something.
At least with other places its either free returns or you get the postage back!

With costs increasing significantly across operations and logistics, we unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to charge for returns. This fee helps cover the return courier, the handling of your return, and in many cases the cleaning and repackaging of items before they can go back into stock. That said, we do offer free returns if you choose store credit or an exchange via a postal drop off or locker, which can be a helpful option if you’re happy to try something else instead. I completely understand your point though, and I’m really sorry this has impacted your experience with us. Your feedback is genuinely important and something we’re always taking on board as we continue to improve.

I looked at the leg length guide when buying some jeans and did not realise that these lengths were more for the Leggings so they were off from what I expected.

Perfect petite- friendly joggers
This was my first time buying from Lovall and I was very happy with the quality of joggers which were the perfect leg length on me as a petite lady. The soft fleece inside is so cosy and I will definitely be buying from Lovall again which also has excellent customer service.

Unfortunately there was a small issue with one pair I recently ordered and having got in touch with their customer service team (Mia) they offered me several options to rectify the problem. Price VS Quality don't add up
Price VS Quality don't add up
I've been purchasing lovall leggings since 2023, thought I'd found the best leggings so didn't mind the price tag, they there buttery smooth and washed up so well. I felt a slight change in fabrics when I re purchased last year but I've just had 4 new pairs of leggings arrive and the fabric is so so so different.
Its stiff, doesn't feel buttery and the size I've always bought feels tiiiiight! Which is odd considering I've lost weight! Oh and god forbid you had a thicker set of calves!
Thankfully I had a voucher so I'm not out my own personal money. However, I'll certainly be avoiding this brand in the future. For the price they are charging the quality it outrageous.

Fee to return
Last year I ordered a pair of jeans and was really pleased with the design, quality and comfort. I decided to order another pair but different design - wanting to try something different. They arrived and not for me - Fabric appeared to be different and just not the style for me. I scrolled through and decided on another design, however they realised that there is a returns charge. For that reason I decided not to look at trying any others and just returned. Disappointed and will not explore other items. There is no physical option to go into a store and try on, so feels poor to have to return items. Not planning on any more purchases.

Quality not up to scratch
I have been buying Lovall leggings since January 2024. I thought I had finally found a brand that were comfortable, a decent price and catered in a petite length. But end of last year I needed to replace some as I wear them every day for work so I put in an order. I noticed that the more recent orders were wearing on the seams a lot quicker than previous pairs from when I first started ordering from them. My last order was placed in, I think November 2025. I received that order and the everyday leggings that I’d been religiously buying felt completely different. The fabric felt stiffer and they felt smaller when I first tried them on. I did actually email or ask somewhere on social media if they are using a different supplier as they felt so different but never received a reply which I think speaks volumes. I thought maybe they just needed washing so that they wouldn’t be as stiff so I washed them but they still felt the same. Definitely said my size on the label but weren’t my size in reality. I couldn’t return them as I had given them the benefit of the doubt and washed them so I’m stuck with them. I then didn’t wear them for a few months as they were my most uncomfortable pair. So since I started wearing them on rotation with a couple of other pairs since end of January/beginning of February this year and already they have got holes on the inner seams.
I won’t be ordering the everyday leggings again as it’s a waste of money. I do have one pair of flared leggings but have only worn them maybe four times so at the moment they are ok.
I asked on a style group that I am in on Facebook if anyone else has any issues with leggings from here and a few said that they have had the same issue with the seams and some did say that they felt the quality had gone down. I will now have to search again for the perfect pair of everyday leggings!
