Best customer experience I’ve ever had
I’ve bought quite a few things over the past few months and one too had faulty stitching. Of all the customer service teams I’ve ever had to contact, this was my best and quickest experience I’ve ever had. There was no back and forth, and Mia arranged a replacement to be sent immediately. I loved the clothes but they’ve got my loyalty after this!

Good quality items and customer service
Have been ordering from Lovall for a couple of years now as I’ve always found the quality to be really good and you get what you pay for - but for the first time had an order issue and had to get in touch with customer services. I was lucky enough for my recent email enquiry to Lovall to be passed to Mia who works in their Customer Care Unit … and what a breath of fresh air this young lady was …. not only did I receive a super speedy response to my enquiry, but her email was courteous, professional, friendly and very polite and on top of that, it answered my question perfectly. I have been buying from Lovall for a while now and have always been impressed with the quality of the products. The leggings and clothing are comfortable and well made.
The customer service is also excellent. I recently had an issue with a damaged item which was resolved quickly by Charlotte, who was helpful throughout and the replacement process was simple.
Delivery is fast and I really appreciate the sustainable packaging. The only downside is that some of the most popular items can be out of stock for quite a while. I had to immediately order several pairs of leggings when they finally became available again 🤣
I would highly recommend 🙂

Non existent customer service
Ordered petite leggings but way too long so returned them. Returned on 27th May I have proof of postage, tracking has not been updated since then of course they use Evri. I have contacted Loveall twice by live chat and also by email including screenshots of my proof of postage, tracking on Evri and chat with Evri but have not had any response from Loveall. There is no phone number for this company disgusting customer service. Don’t order from this company

Brilliant customer service
I asked a question about refunds as I was no sure if I had to post my return first then when lovall get it I then use online credit rather than refund to my bank, Charlotte was fantastic got back to me quick and explained everything. Have to say having purchased from them…
Have to say having purchased from them in 2024 the petite maternity leggings which were fantastic and fit well…. I’ve gone ahead and purchased some standard petite ones and as always I buy two sizes being sometimes not sure of size and whilst losing weight. All I’ll say is even the bigger size seemed so tight! The fabric was completely different and felt nothing like my maternity ones. I’ve seen a few reviews saying the fabric has been changed. Sadly be sending this back as well I neither sizes fit with the fabric which felt stiff and weird compared to my maternity ones.

I find Lovall leggings a great fit that don’t sag and bag through the day. I have ordered a different pair for every season. The latest summer pair had a sang when they arrived. Lovall had fantastic customer service. A lovely email, told to keep the leggings and new ones or a refund would be sent straight away.

Small issue resolved
Had an issue with a pair of the everyday leggings I purchased. Unfortunately they had a small hole in the left leg.
I had a timely response to my issue and a replacement shipped out within two days of the issues first being raised.
I spoke with Mia, who was very helpful and polite throughout and gave me incredible service.
