Great customer service
Had to return a top due to a sizing issue (my fault!), the replacement unfortunately had a fault but customer service from Mia was excellent and arranged for another replacement to be sent straight away. Quality of the top is great, will definitely be buying more in the future!

Ordered 2 tops in different colours & …
Ordered 2 tops in different colours & which arrived as one order, had to return as both too short, only to find couldn’t return as one order but as 2 and have shipping charge deducted twice. Both returned at exactly same time & received into warehouse at same time but only one refund has been received. Not at all impressed! Most certainly won’t be ordering again!

I contacted Customer Support after hearing nothing following my return of some Lovall items via Evri more than 2 weeks previously. Not only did I receive an extremely helpful and courteous email from Mia after only 1 working day, but she had also actioned everything I had originally requested with my return; my refund and an exchange for a different size on one of the items, even though my items appeared to be lost in transit!

Great items, brilliant customer service
I have ordered several times from Lovall and Ive loved all the items. The petite length leggings and sweatpants are perfect for me at 5'1. All items have washed well and so far no bobbling. I had one item where the stitching started to come away and I reached out to their customer services. The issue was promptly addressed and rectified.
The last order, I placed on Thursday (after 2pm) and was delivered to me at 9am the following morning. What can I say other than, what a fantastic service.
I will definitely be making repeat orders

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I had a faulty pair of leggings arrive (which was a surprise as I have never had issues before) so i sent an email and was responded to almost immediately. Mia was friendly, understanding and incredibly helpful and offered me a replacement or credit without any hesitation. I asked for a replacement and this was issued straight away. Very happy and will be continuing to buy my leggings from here!

Delivery issues
Ordered trousers yesterday at 12 noon ish. Have been waiting in for the delivery as I paid for next day delivery. Wanted this item for my holiday which I'm going on tonight. Have spent hours on the chat AI which said it would get an agent to get back to me. They did not. Left me in a Kafka type loop on the chat box. Have bought items to go with these trousers. I would not have bought them if I thought they would not be delivered today. Now I face them being left on my doorstep when I'm away. I'm very cross ! Sorry rant over. Tried a phone number I found but it was permanently engaged.

There is no customer service
I am a personal stylist and recently found their maternity range which is beautiful but my client wanted a larger size. I returned the items over 3 weeks ago and I have not received the exchange or refund on the items I have returned. I have tried to contact customer services, the phone line doesn't work, the live chat doesn't work and no-one is answeing my emails. I definatley will not be recommending this brand to any more of my clients.
