Great customer service

I ordered 2 items one arrived fine, the second however arrived faulty. After contacting customer service the issue was quickly resolved by Mia at no inconvenience to myself and a replacement was sent.

I had an issue with 1 out of the 4…
I had an issue with 1 out of the 4 pairs of leggins/shorts that were delivered. I emailed with photos and was replied to quickly by Mia. I have a replacement pair on the way, thanks Mia for your support.
I have been a supporter of Lovall from a ,omg time now and the products are great, so comfortable to wear and keep their shape after washing many times.

Incredibly slow Customer Services.
Had 2 orders both sent in the wrong size. This wasn’t an issue, mistakes happen. However, customer services is incredibly slow, you get 1 reply to your email per day no matter if you respond within minutes or not. This has resulted in it taking an entire week just to get a QR code to return the incorrectly sized items. Despite being told they’d organise the refund as soon as when the items were received back I’ve just checked and they’ve been there 4 days and no sign of any action. Sent an email to chase this up this morning and I’ve just had a response asking for the tracking number, I’ve provided all the order info in my original message so you’d think they’d be able to do this themselves. I’m now going to be waiting for a response until Monday as I’ve had my one response for the day and it’s now the weekend. That’s 2 weeks now of trying to send back items and still no refund in sight.
The clothes are lovely and I understand mistakes happen. But to have this happen twice and the response time to be so slow when trying to get it resolved I’m unsure if I’ll order again in the future.

I absolutely adore Lovall, the brand’s basics are 11/10. In the winter I swear by its thermal leggings (I have about six pairs). Also I was recently pregnant and the brand was core to my pregnancy wardrobe and even now during postpartum… the nursing tanks have been a life saviour!

Returns and refund
Received wide leg jeans petite fit was perfect as alway but far too long maybe wrong length sent not sure but measured more like 29” not 27”@ least
Returned the next day it is now 15 days later 2 emails to customer service still no refund or communication very concerning not sure to go ahead and order my usual style & size. Goods are of good quality & fit usually especially if you’re petite. Have now lost my discount as it has taken so long to be refunded.

Brilliant Customer service
I had emailed about a faulty pair of leggings which were only a few weeks old.
I had an immediate repose from a lovely girl, Mia. She sorted out the issue for me and offered to send me out a new pair.
I am a big Lovall Leggings fan and this is the first time I’ve had any issues but I must say the issue was dealt with swiftly.

My items arrived today at 6.25pm once opened it was clear they were not the same colour Beige as advertised,
I had the same thing happen to me last year!
Straight away l went to do a return but “due to Hygiene” it would not allow me to continue further.
I have bought several tracksuits leggings, nightwear over the last three years,

I'm really sorry that the socks you received don't appear to be the same beige colour as shown on our website. I can appreciate how disappointing that must have been, particularly as you've experienced something similar before. That's certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
I'm also sorry for the confusion with our returns portal. Unfortunately, in line with our returns policy, socks and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, which is why the portal wouldn't allow you to continue with the return.
That said, we don't want to leave things there. We've reached out to you personally so we can look into exactly what's happened and do everything we can to get this resolved for you. We really do value your loyalty and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

5* again. Must be my 5th - 6th purchase
I have been a customer of Lovall for a number of years now and always found their products and customer service of great quality. Their delivery charges are fair too and very quick.
My most recent purchase I had an issue that happened during manufacture and the customer service representative Mia was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve this problem. I have been with them since their Love Leggings days and seen how they still pride themselves in the work they do throughout this time. I can highly recommend Lovall and the customer service team. Mia again was fantastic and understood my query. Was very quick to help and issue also resolved quickly too.
This certainly won't put me off ordering again in the future. The leggings I buy are incredibly comfortable and are perfect for my job. Having multiple choices of colours is also great and not just stuck with the standard colours you get in the shops. I am a little gutted they no longer do my favourite colour (dark purple) was my first ever pair, but the other colours such as the pine, wine and navy are great too.

I had high hopes for Lovall but I am…
I had high hopes for Lovall but I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings about 4 weeks ago. One pair arrived with a hole in the seam on the leg.
It took me longer than I expected to hear back from someone about this - however when someone did get in touch, it was solved promptly by sending a replacement. However, 4 weeks have passed and I have only worn theses leggings 3 times. They have been in the washing machine once, on a cool wash, and air dried. There are already 2 failed seams. One at the front and one on the leg in the same place as the previous fault.
It’s quite clear the stitching on this product is not fit for purpose. I can see other areas where the stitching is becoming loose.
I was at first pleased with the material or these leggings, however, the quality of the stitching is ridiculously poor. I’ve had more wear out of leggings costing a fraction of the price.
I have looked at their faulty item policy and have requested a refund. Awaiting to hear back.
