Awful service
Awful service, ordered over 2 weeks ago and no delivery yet, I appreciate that this is probably the courier service to blame, however I cannot get an answer from the chat option which is an AI robot. I would just like to speak to a human but no option. Simply not good enough.

Terrible customer service
The day after I placed my order I received an email from Lovall informing me that my leggings were oversold and out of stock (despite still showing as in stock on the website). Rather than issuing me a full refund for the item, they gave me a gift card. I am highly dissatisfied with this and think it is incredibly cheeky for the brand to assume a customer would want a gift card instead of a refund- I do not. Especially considering I am pregnant and therefore only have access to a couple of their items anyway. I have tried to contact Lovall to get a refund issued and have absolutely no response from their customer care team- the phone line just dials straight off and nobody responds on the online chat. I am really disappointed as this is the first time I have ordered from the brand but it has really put me off ever wanted to buy anything from them again. They need to ensure their website is automatically updated with current stock levels.

Excellent customer service
I just want to give a special shout out to the customer care team. I’d been having some issues with returning my package due to a problem with the courier service and was feeling quite frustrated, but they were amazing. They were quick to respond to my queries, they were really friendly and understanding and took the time to look into everything and resolve the issue.
I’ve been really impressed with how helpful and supportive Lovall have been. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

The quality for the price is not what…
The quality for the price is not what it used to be. I used to order these leggings from Love Leggings which I believe is now Lovall. The price has more than doubled for these leggings now. They are good quality but no way are they worth £40. Unfortunately think there are other suppliers just as good but more reasonable so I won’t be ordering again.

€14 lost if the size doesn’t fit
I was really interested in purchasing shorts, but the shipping and returns policy has completely put me off.
I would have to pay €6 for the initial delivery. If the shorts don't fit and I need to return them for a refund, there is then an €8 return fee.
That means I would effectively lose €14 simply for ordering the item and finding that the size doesn't fit.
Unfortunately, this has made me decide not to purchase from LOVALL. I would strongly encourage the company to reconsider its shipping and returns policy for customers.

Impressed with customer service
I contacted Lovall via email after an item had a hole in it after only two wears. I have bought from them before and never had quality issues. I was really impressed with the response I had from Mia, very simply apologising, acknowledging that the item was faulty and already confirming a replacement had been dispatched to me (I had requested an exchange rather than a refund). Super easy contact and clear that customer service is important to the company when things go wrong.

Great customer care
Wow - the Customer Care team actually listened to my concern. There was a manufacturing issue with the lightweight flared leggings I bought. A hole appeared in the groin area, having only worn it a few times and in less than a month after purchase.
I really like the design and fit of the leggings so was pleased the Customer Care team provided a replacement. I will give this Brand another go and hope no holes appear this time, but would like to applaud the Customer Care team. Thank you.

Top marks for Customer Care team
I already own a pair of their stretchy wide leg jeans, which I love. So I ordered them in a different colour and smaller size as their sizing seems generous. I returned the jeans because they didn’t fit comfortably and awaited my refund. Nothing happened so after a couple more weeks waiting I decided I had better chase it up. Well a Customer Care associate called Mia took on my case and within 24 hrs I was told that although they knew my parcel had been picked up by Evri it hasn’t arrived back with them. I was given a refund straight away and it’s now back in my account. Top marks for customer care and Mia.
I will definitely be purchasing from Lovall again.

Recently placed an order for a fine knit collared top and short set and loved it so much that I went straight back on to order another collared top and short set when the sale started. Unfortunately when my second order arrived, it had some make up on the collar (it was a white set and we all know how easily that can happen so although I was initially frustrated it was just one of those things!). I contacted customer services straight away and provided pictures etc. and it was initially dealt with by the AI chat assistant. The next morning, I was contacted by Mia from the customer service team who was a real pleasure to deal with. She assessed the issue and apologised for the inconvenience, providing really helpful guidance and solutions. I was advised to try washing the item to remove the stain myself - with the offer of a small gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience if the stain came out. However Mia acknowledged if the stain did not come out, that she could authorise a replacement set to be sent to me. I attempted the wash but unfortunately the stain did not fully come out, so after contacting Mia again with more photos she authorised and sent out a replacement free of change the same day. This whole process only took a few days and I am so pleased with the items I have bought - really comfy, great quality & look overall. Thanks Mia for truly fantastic customer service! I’m already eyeing up what I want to buy for A/W so you’ve made a returning customer out of me.
