I had an issue with a pair of jeans that i purchased and the zip was faulty, within 24 hours I had an email back and a £50 store credit voucher. The service was very efficient and a lovely team member who helped me.

Great customer service once you get past the chatbot!
Initial contact was frustrating as I had to raise my issue with a faulty garment via the chatbot. I was only able to upload one photo at a time, despite the chatbot saying otherwise, so then had to start a new conversation to upload another photo and answer the same questions! However once the issue was passed to a real person the response was fast and efficient and I'm happy with the resolution.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lovall for many years, and I’m really pleased with how they handled my recent issue with a pair of leggings. When I noticed a problem with the stitching, I contacted their customer service team, and they were extremely helpful and arranged a replacement.

Great leggings and great customer service
Have ordered from here several times and have always felt the leggings are great quality and worth the price. Brilliant customer service
Caitlin was absolutely fantastic!
I contacted Lovall after noticing significant bobbling on my lounge set after very little wear and just one wash. Caitlin was so helpful, understanding and reassuring throughout the whole process. She took the time to review my photos, acknowledged that the quality wasn’t what Lovall expected, and arranged a replacement for me straight away.
My replacement set was delivered on Friday, and I’m really happy with how quickly and efficiently everything was dealt with. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and Caitlin genuinely made me feel listened to and valued as a customer.

I bought some Lovall at the start of the year and wow!!! I’ve been a returning customer ever since.
Recently I had an issue with one of my items but Mia was very helpful and fast with getting back to me.
I would recommend Lovall as a brand anyway but after the customer experience I had. It’s solidifies it more.

Helpful customer service
After an order for some trousers was placed without my knowledge (I believe due to cookies on my phone and a malicious page opening), I contacted Lovall immediately to try to cancel the order. Although the team took a few days to respond initially which meant this was not possible, Caitlin was particularly helpful. Since the package was taking a while to get back to the company, she kindly refunded me before receiving the package which really set my mind to rest. Thank you!

Where do I start....I've encountered…
UPDATE: Their response is full of lies. I've not received any contact from their so called "customer care team". No emails from them whatsoever! A contact number would be appreciated! Beggars belief how they've the time to respond to my honest Trustpilot review, with bare faced lies, but no time to contact me.
Where do I start....I've encountered numerous issues with this online mail order company.
Their customer service is non existant unless you count an AI chat assistant as customer service! Absolutely hopeless trying to contact the company with order related queries.
They're quick to take your money and email you order confirmation, but that's the extent of their contact.
I have placed two orders in the space of a month. First delivery arrived with over half my items missing, second order didn't arrive at all! That's over £230 gone. After numerous emails, several social media messages- on their facebook and instagram accounts-I finally received an email from them! They basically put their horrific service down to changing location or something, really, what poor excuses!
Their explanation:
"We want to be completely transparent with you about what’s happened. We’ve recently moved our warehouse operations over to THG (The Hut Group), and unfortunately this transition has caused delays with some orders, as well as longer response times for our Customer Care team. We’re working really hard to get through all outstanding orders and messages, but I completely appreciate that this doesn’t make the lack of communication any less frustrating."
Anyway, no sign of any replacement orders or refunds. So I've had to claim a chargeback from my bank.
A shame as LoveLeggings, as they used to be known before they mysteriously changed their name, was an excellent company with decent clothing and great customer care. They've gone steadily downhill since they changed their name and increased their price tags! AVOID!

We do want to be completely transparent that our recent warehouse move to THG did unfortunately cause significant disruption to our order fulfilment and response times. We understand that this isn’t an excuse for the experience you’ve had, but we have been working extremely hard to get everything back on track and improve both our fulfilment and communication.
Regarding your orders including the one that you haven’t received, we can see that our Customer Care team has since responded to your email and has been working to help get this looked into and resolved for you.
We’re genuinely sorry that we’ve let you down, particularly as you’ve mentioned being a previous Love Leggings customer and having such positive experiences with us in the past. We really do value you as a customer, and we’d genuinely like the opportunity to put things right and restore the confidence you’ve previously had in us.

New favourite brand
Very impressed with lovall, as a tall girl I find it really difficult to find leggings that fit my curves but also for my height. I’m so happy that I came across the flare leggings from this brand as they are a staple in my post partum wardrobe!
I dealt with Caitlin from the customer service department regarding an issue with sizing and a missing parcel of mine. She was very responsive and helpful, we managed to get the issue sorted in quick time! I couldn’t thank her enough.
