J'ai passé commande sur le site internet, j'ai pu personnaliser mon carnet (couleurs + grigris) et je l'ai reçu très rapidemment ! Emballage soigné et que dire en découvrant ce bel objet , je suis ravie de mon roadbook prune ! Avec le Portfolio liberty il match parfaitement !

Louise Carmen journals are everything, the website is very easy to maneuver around and locate what you’re looking for. I was able to customize my journal with ease. From ordering to shipping and delivery it only took about 4-5 days. My journal came beautifully packaged.

Nous avons eu de la chance , sommes arrivées à l’ouverture , le magasin était relativement tranquille et nous avons pu faire notre choix tranquillement sous les conseils éclairés de notre vendeuse . Très patiente, elle était à notre écoute .

The journal (honore) arrived faster than I expected, which was really wonderful. It is also absolutely beautiful - I got it in Primavera green with gold embossing and it is even more beautiful in real life than in the videos. I also LOVE the porflio, it's so handy and feels amazing. I think their website could be improved, it is a little clunky and I had to redo all my customisations from scratch a couple of times. But the journal itself is breathtaking. I agree with many other reviews about the quality of the elastic - this could be more durable. Overall highly recommend.

Julie helped me and was super helpful throughout the entire process. She was super detail oriented to make sure I ended up with my dream journal. Would definitely recommend to everyone because the staff really take their time to make this a special experience. The shipping was also quick and the quality of the product and packaging was impeccable.

Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, wieso die Bewertungen so gut ausfallen, werden hier schlechte Bewertungen gelöscht?

Die Qualität des Leders ist nicht sonderlich gut, man sieht super schnell Abnutzungsspuren. Die Charms sind auch nicht sonderlich hochwertig. Für ein Tagebuch, welches mich sage und schreibe 200 Euro gekostet hat( ja, ich bin dem Wahn verfallen und selbst dafür verantwortlich), habe ich wesentlich mehr erwartet. Zudem war beim Versand die Seiten geknickt. Das Leder war auch geknickt. Diese wurden mir zwar ersetzt, allerdings rate ich jedem davon ab, diesem Hype zu folgen. Das ist es wirklich nicht wert. Vermutlich kann man sich das Tagebuch sogar selbst "basteln" bzw herstellen und bezahlt nichtmal die Hälfte des Preises.

Bin aufjedenfall enttäuscht und es beweist mir nochmal, dass es auch ein ganz normales Buch von Paperblanks tut. Welche auch schon teuer sind....

Nice shop, great service. I visited on a hot day and it was very stuffy in the shop. I thought I was going to melt. It would be great if they had air con. The journal itself looks amazing and I will treasure it forever, although I don’t think it should be so expensive.

I am delighted with my purchase. Beautiful colour and lovely leather.
There was a problem whilst ordering but my suggestion for avoiding this recuring has been noted.

Un carnet magnifique et un service de grande qualité.

On a été très bien accueillis mais on aurait voulu plus d’explications sur les éléments qu’on choisi. L’histoire de la maison / D’où vient le cuir…/ comment il faut entretenir le cuir. Il y avait comme un ex-libris mais on ne savait pas si on pouvait l’utiliser … on a trouvé dommage que la personne qui s’est occupés de nous ne soit pas plus communiquant avec ce qui nous entourait.
