Lordship Windows Ltd Arvostelua

The team from Lordship Windows inspected our windows and suggested repairing a few windows rather than full replacement. Saved us lots of trouble and money. The work was carried out by Alvaro and his assistant. A great team, very professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Staff was helpful made the repair stress free, communicated with my tenants on my behalf which I felt was a personal touch save me the time .
Local Business for repair was carried out to a high standard

Efficient, quick communication. Punctual, polite and honest.

This is an example of a good, locally based Tottenham company that has been providing service in many homes for a very long time so I was aware of its existence well before I used them to replace All the old windows made of wood in my Edwardian Terrace House. Along with another good company I used before Lordship at a different place in the same area, they are certainly better value than some of the so called leading big names. Almost ten years on my windows still look great though during that period. there's been one common issue and I've had to pay to have the guys come and repair on three separate occasions. This relates to three handle related /opening mechanisms on three different windows they installed at the same time in 2014. Although the Installation cost was competitive , I haven't had to do the same with the other installation completed for a similar cost nearby So I've had to pay a little bit more for these visits over the years (First £110 in 2019 before 5th anniversary) . As a result, I'd urge anyone including the companies providing double glazing, to ensure that they reduce/avoid these costs in the future by simply ensuring regular lubrication with an appropriate grease (not the standard WD40) and that this is communicated clearly to all customers because it makes a tremendous difference that can help save money.
I don't think customers realise the importance of something so simple as I think many people believe that double glazed windows just maintain themselves.

A little bit of care can save a lot of trouble and expense and I think any company would do well to present customers with a little starter can of lubrication at the end of the fitting to help remind customers of this.

Great all round service from quote to repair to follow up courtesy call. Thank you.

We had a faulty lock on a downstairs double-glazed UPVC window. It obviously needed replacing on security grounds. It was a small but necessary job. Lordship Windows sent an engineer along. He replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. Job jobbed!

Really prompt service, lovely personable staff - tidy up after the work they do - excellent job done each time. I've used them twice now and I highly recommend them.

Had our sash windows replaced by Lordship Windows to double glazed around 25 years ago, so when I needed to replace the back door from a hardwood door that kept swelling during the wet winter months and not closing without force, I contacted Lordship Windows for a replacement. That was almost 10 years ago. In January 2023 I was having problems locking the back door. I thought with only a few months left on my guarantee that I may be fobbed off, but they arranged a repair for a resonable repair/maintenance fee and the engineer who came to site sorted the problem out within 30 mins. He even took down (for full access) and replaced the fly screen that was in place in front of the door.

Amazing Service. Professional from booking to installation. Highly recommend.

Friendly service, window fitter was fast and cleaned the windows for us afterwards.

Lordship windows repaired our window and replaced the glass. Alvaro who did it was fantastic: gentle and a real gent. Very happy with the price and service.

Right price. Professional, friendly, on time!!

Knowledgeable engineer who explained procedure throughly.

Lordship Window replaced two misted double glazed units for me a few weeks ago. I must say, from measuring to installing the new sealed units, the service was fantastic. I had a call before the engineer arrived, he came on time and fit the new sealed units with trickle vents. I have used Lordship window before and I will use them again.

I’m really impressed with the service we had from Lordship Windows. The repair to two of our casement windows (both had broken handles and locking mechanisms) was brilliant, and the technician also unlocked a jammed window for us. The repair was quick and the technician was so lovely. Everything was left perfectly clean and he explained all the steps of the repair to us. The price was also great - really reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lordship Windows without hesitation!

Great service . From start to finish the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Would use again. Very happy.

Very professional company and knowledgeable. Windows were fitted in efficiently. I’m very pleased that I chose Lordship Windows and would use again.
