Ordered 3 urban decay glitters that…

Ordered 3 urban decay glitters that were a fantastic price I thought to good to be true but my order arrived perfectly well packaged and only took 7 days even when I messaged them they replied very quickly with an update wilk def be using again :-) thankyou

Rubbish service

They accepted my order and then cancelled the day my product was due for delivery. Rubbish service. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Poor Service

No delivery updates on their website, contacted customer service, promised delivery delivery date was not adhered to, tried to call several times and on hold every time for 15 minutes only then to be disconnected every time. Emailed customer service again and eventually told my order had been potentially lost in transit and they have issued a refund, not even offered a replacement, poor service!

AVOID

Wrong item sent, email ignored, website message ignored, facebook message ignored, on hold for over a hr 4 times now. No response, no help, avoid!!!

10 working days still no refund email…

10 working days still no refund email sent again as no contact on phone absolutely terrible,
Refund was never issued no intention from them to return my money even when product was never sent bank are now involved to get a credit back ... appalling
