Placed an order on 23 May, got an immediate electronic confirmation, delivery date been and gone. No response to email, don't answer their phone despite me holding for 30 mins. I should have checked trustpilot before ordering, would have seen a swathe of recent negative reviews, and steered clear. Thankfully paid by credit card so should be protected, but could have done without the admin

I have been ordering from them few times before sucessfully through years, i am sure. Yet delivery time of my last order has passed, no products received with 0 communication, non existent customer service, non working phone line, no answer to emails. According to many other similar experiences, looks like they are on their way to exit like many businesses in uk recently had unfortunately. Will have to start dealings with my bank for a refund hopefully.

I placed an order on 4 May and payment was taken immediately. On 15 May, I received an email advising that my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be processed.

By 25 May, I had still not received the refund, so I contacted customer services by email. Having received no response by 29 May, I attempted to call instead. After spending 35 minutes on hold without speaking to anyone, I gave up and sent a further email.

As of today, 1 June, I have received no response to either email and no refund. I attempted to call again today but, after waiting on hold for a further 30 minutes, I was forced to hang up.

The level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. My payment was taken over four weeks ago, my order was cancelled by the company, and despite repeated attempts to make contact, I have been unable to obtain either a refund or any meaningful response. At this stage, I feel I have no option but to contact my bank and pursue a chargeback to recover my money.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

I ordered an aftershave for my sons birthday nearly two weeks ago.it was supposed to arrive last week on Tuesday.it is now Sunday and it still hasn’t arrived.i will be conacting the police to make sure this company gets shut down.Disgusting

Ordered a fairly expensive product back in January 2026 via Klarna and returned the item as requested. Still waiting on a refund now, 27.5.26 from this company. This company says they work 9am to 10pm, phone lines hardly ever answered, shameful customer service. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a bottle of Gucci Rush on 3 May
Got order confirmation t be delivered 8 May
On 8 May received an email saying due to a technical issue the order should not have been placed therefore they would refund me
I have still not received my refund and they mistakingly emailed about 19 of us who are all still waiting on their refund

Do not order from this website. I placed an order and I have been deducted. When I emailed customer service to inform them they responded asking to show them proof of the debit. I did exactly that and it’s been 3 weeks since sending them that email. They have totally ignored me and I haven’t received any information of a refund!

I placed an order on the 02.05.26. I’ve tried to contact them via email and telephone on numerous occasions as I still haven’t revived my order!! No response from either. I have ordered from here a few times in the past and I received my order but this time it has been a shambles. I’ve had to raise a transaction dispute with my bank. Do not order from them, they have clearly gone down hill and now aren’t even bothering to send out orders or even reply to their customers. Terrible company and service.

Order never arrived, apparently courier lost the package. I was promised refund, and noted in the account as refunded. However despite 5 messages the refund has still not been processed.

Ordered 100ml Estee Lauder advanced night repair serum and was sent 50ml took 5 phone calls for them to rectify their fault !!! Phone lines only open between 10.30 & 5pm weekdays not really good enough 😕

If I could give zero I would.
I ordered 2 nail varnishes. I received one nail varnish in neither of the colours I had ordered. I have still only been refunded for one nail varnish. This company and its customer service is disgusting - DO NOT USE THEM!

No Stars !!! I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase. I made a purchase of a perfume set and never received a confirmation. I tried phoning but no one picked up. I emailed and asked for a refund and yes, they emailed me back. They gave no explanation why I did not receive a confirmation or my perfume. I am now letting my bank get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY !!!!
