Nurx has been the most incredible company and I have had 0 issues since starting. Their team is responsive and friendly and I get acne medication as well as brith control through them. My acne improved within weeks of starting their recommended plan and I’ve been using them since 2022. I tell everyone ab this company. Their shipping is fast and I’ve never had a delivery issue.

Still waiting on my refund for services not rendered. It’s been months. They took my money and stopped responding. Horrible experience.

Constant prescription delays
My birth control repeatedly gets delayed for no reason and I can't get an early refill without paying out of pocket. It happens frequently and throws off my hormones badly. I have no idea why this happens and never happened to me with Pill Club. Support is nice but they aren't really able to do anything to help me. Please take people's medication seriously! I've been on it for years and my schedule being disrupted has negatively affected me physically on several occasions. There should be early refills for FREE available if it was the company's fault for delaying the prescription.

Everything is great
Everything is great, I just wish I could pause a subscription like tretinoin. I don't need it every 3-6 months. I would like to keep the prescription but choose when I want it shipped. The only option is to push it off a few months but then they force the ship.

Nurx is Great !
I've been with nurx a few years now and have referred them to alot of women in my family . They work well with you to change medications if its not a right fit and you can speak to a real doctor about any concerns. I get it shipped right to my house and dont have to worry about missing any medication!
