Its been a week no updates on my…
Its been a week no updates on my delivery . It was taken to the wrong area this has never happened to me any delivery from other places I've ordered from. It shows royalmail has it but its not even in my area and it has not updated for 4days now . no help from them AI generated responses. I might have to ask my bank to get my refund if I don't receive these. A total waste of time and money.

I ordered on Friday and paid for the…
I ordered on Friday and paid for the premier delivery as I need the items to arrive before the end of the day tomorrow. My order is still being processed and I contact LF on a daily basis to check the progress. Each time I am being sent a template answer that does not provide me with reassurance that my order will be dispatched soon, nevermind that I will receive it tomorrow. The contact is terrible as there is no phone number, no love chat and the responses seem somewhat automated. 728366124

Terrible Customer Service
I placed an order worth nearly £100 and received confirmation that the package had been dispatched. A couple of days later, I was notified by EVRI that my items were “about to be delivered.” No delivery attempt was made - I was outside working in my front garden at the exact time they claimed to deliver - yet I received an email saying the parcel had been delivered.
The so-called proof of delivery was a completely blank (black) photograph.
Within 10 minutes of receiving the notification, I contacted EVRI to inform them that no delivery had taken place. Instead of checking with the driver, they told me they would “investigate.” After days of silence, EVRI informed me that the parcel had been lost in transit and instructed me to contact Lookfantastic.
When I did, I was met only with accusatory messages insisting the driver had been in the area and referring me back to the blank proof-of-delivery photo! I explained that EVRI had already admitted losing the parcel, but Lookfantastic continued to respond dismissively. Eventually, days later, they told me a replacement would be sent - yet three more days have passed with no update whatsoever.
The customer service has been appalling.
No phone number.
The “live chat” is never available.
Messages take 24 hours or more for a single reply.
At this point, I simply want a refund so I can purchase the items elsewhere from a reputable company. The way I’ve been treated has been unacceptable, and I feel I have no choice but to leave this review. Hopefully this serves as a warning to others.

Moved address, changed this online but for the 2nd month my subscription has went to my old address, even though it was changed myself online and also via live chat so I’m now out for pocket for two boxes I have not recieved. All other orders I have made go to my new address but for some absolutely mad reason they send my subscription to my old address.

I ordered a gift for Christmas was a good deal . And look fantastic delivery driver said it was delivered to date not delivered to my address reached out to customer service numerous times in few days and are shocking to deal with just sending me same email back after two days and not escalating my query further to see were my parcel is delivered I would be reclutant to order again in future .

Banned account over broken shampoo
Ordered items last week, shampoo bottle wasn’t closed and contents spilled inside other products. They sent out a replacement bottle so I was happy, however, I made a new order this week for different items and got an email 2 minutes later telling me they are closing my account and cancelling the order. For apparently making too many claims on their sister website. I don’t even know who their sister website is, and I’ve only complained once and that was the broken shampoo. Absolutely awful experience from them, to just ban an account for receiving a faulty item

Disappointing Company
I have been placing hundreds of orders on LF and I am a loyal customer. But the closed my account for NO reason!!!!! I lost my £864 credits in my account!!!!! Let me tell you the whole thing: An item in my parcel was missing, I reported to customer immediately when I open the box. I first requested a refund, because I was leaving UK. But the customer service was so careless and they gave me replacement instead. They did NOT pay any attention to the customer’s request. Then I told them I can’t receive it bc I’m leaving!! But they said I will need to wait for the items being returned. Well, it took me 1 week to wait for this stupid progress, and finally they closed my account to solve this?????? I can NOT bevelive how could this happened?!?! I have placed hundreds of orders from you, why would I lie for just 50pounds???!!!
I am SOOOOO UPSET as a loyal customer for 5 years!!!!! Can this be investigated or I will encourage everyone NOT using LF anymore!!!!
