Getting more and more disappointed I have used this company before and have never had any issues until this year. I received my order but it was an incorrect perfume so I returned it they have had recieved the item back as I have proof of delivery by Royal Mail tracking but I am still waiting after 7 days for an email to advise my refund is being processed I have been messaging back and forth since the 2/12/25 and now have no product and no money back . All I get is an email saying if you have not received a confirmation email for the refund upload a proof I have done that and they still haven’t refunded me now no one is replying . And I am £50 out of pocket

I received a LookFantastic gift card and used it online, they cancelled my order and closed my account with no explanation, my gift card is now unusable and they aren’t replying to any of my messages. Ridiculous

Shocking customer service cant even contact anyone, placed an order on 16.12 paid for the next day delivery, now on the 18th still no parcel tried to Track on Evri who say they dont have it yet?? Tried to contact them via live chat which pings a response saying contact between 9am-8pm tried to contact within the allocated time stated, emailed them got a response saying someone will be intouch within 48hours massively frustrated..... I paid for a next day service as I needed the order the next day.... should have just gone to boots!!!

Order 724871255. Failed to deliver. Items sent back by EVRI. Look Fantastic informed me I would get a refund. No refund received. I keep chasing and get either no response or a generic response that doesnt answer my questions. Terrible service and live chat not working. Refund your customers!!!!!!

Received an incorrect item in my order. On the website it says to use live chat to contact but there is no live chat icon. I have sent a message and no response. Also messaged via social media and yet again no response. This was a gift for Christmas

Ordered 3 items worth almost £200 1 item is missing from the delivery , a Xmas gift for my daughter worth £75, I have sent a message and heard nothing back , I am concerned reading these messages that LFT are not proactively dealing with issues , I am putting this on here in the hope that some one from the company will help resolve my issue and get my gift in time for Xmas .. it did say in confirmation email that all items would be delivered

Bad delivery services, i made an order on 3rd December and now it’s 16, my delivery it’s still in dispatched.
Never order again.

Placed an order of almost £200. Received package nice and quickly but knew straight away it was too small, opened it and there’s 2 items that I did not order which are worth maybe £50 total and not one single item I did order, so I contact them and after 24 hours get a rather generic response to submit a return and once they’ve received the items in ‘pristine condition’ they will send me the items I’ve actually paid for. So I do this and go through all the steps to then have the portal tell me the return process is £2.99. You must be having a laugh, you expect me to pay to fix your mistake? Takes at least 24 hours to get a response on their customer service message app. No live chat, no phone number. I don’t want the items they’ve sent me and am happy to send them back but I won’t be paying to do so. Fairly sure that’s against my consumer rights. Never had a problem with them in the past but this is making me doubt I’ll ever use them again. Seriously unhappy and back to waiting another 24 hours for a response. Guess my partner won’t be getting their Christmas presents and I’ll be doing a chargeback

it said they will ship same day if order placed before 14:30. I placed the order at 13:12 and they didnt pack and ship, package still not prepared.

I ordered Redken shampoo and conditioner with you a month ago, and evri stated that they had damaged the item and would resend back to you. You kindly said you’d send a replacement parcel, but today I have been told by evri that they have LOST this replacement parcel. I have been trying to get in contact with you for 3 days and have not had any response from you. I always would use look fantastic for hair and beauty items but I’m afraid after this, I will not be ordering from yourselves again. Such a shame this is a regularly occurrence so close to Christmas!!!

I ordered two items on the 25th November for Christmas presents and still haven’t received this parcel. I made contact with Evri and they say the can’t find the parcel and to make contact with you. This seems impossible as the telephone number on your website is incorrect so this seems the only avenue. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but you have left me no choice by not responding to any emails. Can you please help.

Lookfantastic shipped my order late (order number 727961491) and then DHL attempted to deliver it once before ‘returning to sender’ I have contacted LookFantastic only to be told ‘your order is on the way’ when if you look at the tracking information it isn’t. I have tried to contact them, my messages unanswered, X dms unanswered and the live chat function won’t work! Please fix this and resend my products!

Paid 150 for a few Christmas items and not had a reply or update in over 3 weeks !!!! Chat ain't working and no number !!! I want my money or products

Ordered a parcel and still 12 days on still no sign of it… asked for a refund.. and what an absolutely joke to get my money back!! I would like someone to contact me regarding this cos I’ve emailed and emailed about this issue and takes ages to get a response which is wrong! It’s been over an week saying I’m going to get my money back and I’m still waiting…

I have used LF many times and always been pleased until now. I have a missing item and there is no number anywhere I can find and the live chat isn’t working. Seeing previous reviews here I’m not the only one and it seems this is the only way to get anyone to help?

I have ordered two items, Evri said they tried to deliver to my address but they never did so i diverted the parcel to my local post office. I went to collect it yesterday and the post office say they have never received the parcel and have no records of it. i have tried to get into contact with both evri and look fantastic multiple times and have had ZERO response. I am very unhappy and would just like to know where my parcel is as I need this for a christmas present and I am currently out of pocket not knowing if I am going to have to re order the items from somewhere else and take the loss financially

I made an order for 5 items and was then told that 1 item was out of stock, but not to worry as I hadn’t been charged for it. (I absolutely have been charged for this item). I asked for the item to be cancelled and for it to be refunded and my message was ignored on the chat function. I am unsure why they let me order it if it was not available.

Further to this, the remaining 4 items appear to be lost in the post with the Royal Mail tracking function not updating since 8th December. There is no where to complain or to take this further. Royal Mail are totally uncontactable.

I don’t know what to do now as I’m out of pocket and need to rebuy these items for Christmas and I don’t have the money.

To stjerner fordi jeg flere gange før har bestilt uden problemer. Dog modtog jeg en pakke hvor jeg havde købt stort
ind af et produkt - samtlige lugtede dog kort efter åbning decideret råddent. Jeg skrev til dem, men svarene på dem har været fuldstændig håbløse, hvor de har svaret sent, fuldstændig irrelevant (bedt om svar på ting jeg lige har skrevet, eller spurgt om ordrenummer som vitterligt er navnet på beskedtråden på hjemmesiden etc). De endte med at skrive de ville undersøge det og vende tilbage, men det skete aldrig. Så kommer aldrig til at købe herfra igen.

Very poor customer service. I started a return for my order payed for the returns label and haven’t received it or any kind of email with instructions etc. when trying to live chat on the website it simply does not work. I was told all agent were too busy and when someone did reply the link to get back onto the chat sent me nowhere. I am now left with 2 unwanted items and out of pocket from my return.
