I cannot understand how this is owned by the same company that operate Cult Beauty when their customer service and delivery is so vastly inferior. I have had no end of issues with LF in the last year and their so called customer service is an exercise in futility. I will not be using them anymore; it’s simply not worth the additional admin.

Don't be caught out by this company. I have had an awful expetience with them will never purchase from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

There is no "Customer Service" as all AI generated. The website's help section is totally useless. Emails cannot be responded to and any contact telephone number you can find on Google are incorrect.

A total waste of time and money.

Jeg har handlet flere gange og normalt er der ingen problemer. Har altid fået mine pakker efter 3-5 hverdage. Jeg købte igen købt produkter d. 29/10 2025, mens jeg har været på ferie, hvorfor jeg skrev min mors adresse, email og tlf på ordren. Jeg loggede ind som gæst, som jeg plejer og betalingen gik fint igennem. Til min egen store fejl, tog jeg ikke et screenshot af bestillingen på websiden med ordrenr. inden jeg lukkede den ned. Jeg modtog nemlig aldrig en ordrebekræftigelse. Der kom heller ikke noget på min mors mail eller tlf. nr. Det er nu gået 14 dage. Pengene er trukket fra min konto, men fortsat ingen ordrebekræftigelse eller besked om at pakken er på vej...
Jeg har skrevet til deres kundeservice og har været i dialog med dem i snart 3 uger. UFATTELIG latterlig kundeservice, man skulle tro, at det var AI.
De har fået alle oplysninger der overhovedet er muligt. Inklusiv de første 6 og 4 sidste nr på kortet der er brugt, samt billede af kvittering på at pengene er hævet på mit kort. Dog kan de ikke oplyse mig om hvor min pakke er. De bliver ved med at køre i ring og jeg bliver med med at skulle forklare mig igen og igen på beskeder.... For man kan ikke ringe til dem.
Jeg har forsøgt at forklare dem at jeg har været logget ind med en konto da jeg købte varerne, men at jeg valgte "fortsæt som gæst".. Jeg afventer stadig svar og har fortsat ikke fået min pakke.

I’ve always had a great experience with Look Fantastic; a good range of products at reasonable prices and delivered quickly.
However, I am having considerable difficulty obtaining a refund for part of my order which wasn’t fulfilled. LF say the money wasn’t taken from my account, I’ve provided evidence that is been, then we go round in circles again. This has completely put me off ordering from them again in case I experience similar issues.
**EDIT-After writing this review, LF have been in touch and have now issued the refund. The number of messages it took to get to this point is frustrating, but at least it was resolved in the end. I’ve therefore amended my rating to 4* given previous good experience with them.

I ordered a Nailberry breathable nail polish and it arrived half empty with the remaining contents totally solid.
I contacted Look Fantastic via their website, reported the problem and requested a refund. Subsequently they have emailed me to request
batch numbers and expiry dates that are simply not there. The product was not boxed so what writing is on the actual bottle is very hard to see even with a magnifying glass. I have sent them what numbers there are on the bottle both written and in photographs. However, they just repetitively ask the same over and over.
I cannot believe this level of appalling customer service. I have requested a refund ASAP. Such a waste of time, effort and money. I will not be shopping with this dreadful company again, nor would I ever recommend them. There are better alternatives.

Do not subscribe to the beauty box as they will continue to take payment every month for a year as its written into the small print that it takes 12 months to cancel, the whole thing is a scam

I chose to skip the August beauty box on my subscription as didn't like the contents and so it didn't arrive...all good. Then by 20 Sept hadn't received Sept's box so enquired, so Sept then turns up obviously very late and I notice I'm charged twice. So I report that they need to refund one month subscription, so guess what August box then randomly arrives at end of Sept, yes the one I chose to skip. So no refund of my double payment taken on same day. Then they deny that I selected to skip August box....WTAF. I've now cancelled.

At købe på "Lookfantastic.dk" er meget nem og hurtig, og de har normalt alle produkterne jeg har brug for. Så efter min mening er det meget praktisk!! 😊

Jeg har bestilt her mange gange og er altid blevet mødt med super god service og hurtig levering. Aldrig blevet skuffet – kan varmt anbefales!

I have had a few ups and downs with look fantastic but in all fairness their customer service over the last couple of days have been excellent.
And the quality of products have been excellent too and the £5.99 a year for next day delivery is the cheapest ive ever known

What a disappointment Look Fantastic. Ordering away Liz Earle products and was offered £15 off if ordering £50 or more. Great I had £51 in my basket, was advised the £15 would be actioned at checkout. Was alerted that I had goods in my basket, pressed buy and where did my £15 go!. To try and get in touch with someone or even find a link that will help is ridiculous. So many offers apart from an offer for constructive help. Then the order arrives and an item is damaged again where do you go to report this! Such a shame as I have ordered before without issue. Customer service is seriously lacking. Just needed help.

Used LookFantastic for years and have been a loyal customer. over the last 6-9 months, I have received 2 incorrect items and then several damaged items (most likely damaged in transit as boxes were damaged too), all of which were appropriately resolved by them. However on my most recent order, they sent 2 items back to me saying I had used them (which I hadn’t even opened them) and when I challenged this they have closed my account. I cannot respond to them and have lost my credit and points. So disappointed in this and their customer service after years of shopping there

I had being paying a subscription fee via kharna for there monthly look fantastic beauty box. I finally cancelled this four months ago, tried to get this £13 payment on kharna removed from app, and kharna had troubles getting them to refund the amount, therefore leading to no more disputes possible with kharna, and look fantastic are still not understanding or doing what kharna need to remove this payment on the kharna app. They need to contact kharna and provide the order reference and refund the amount, and it’ll get taken off my kharna app, ta dah, simple? But no, its been ongoing now for months, and resulting now in late fees for something I don’t even have a subscription to? This is fraud now.

I really like that I can see what I have ordered for som time ago.
And I think they have some good products to choose from.

Awful customer service ! Item ordered was shipped to address in Northern Ireland I live in North East England 🙈 Trying to contact was a nightmare after several emails had a one yesterday to say money refunded no apology or anything won’t be using again
