I ordered two items for my grandchildren for Christmas, which arrived to late and I now need to return.
What a palaver

No confirmation of purchase received, so no info to arrange return and refund,tried to chase order in various ways on customer services portal with no response and telephone contact numbers are not in service.
I've emailed. No response

its been a stressful experience and very time consuming

Will never use again. My wife bought some bits for Xmas and they didn't send them through to dispatch department. We waited and waited and nothing arrived. No communication from them until we contacted them. Left a review on their site and they rejected it as it went against their "Values". Do not use. Be very wary.

Parcel never arrived. No way to really contact anyone easily. Evri website won’t let me track just said order delivery delayed. Paid for premier delivery too. Asked for a refund but heard nothing. Sadly I won’t be using them again even after paying for a years premium. They have offered me £5 credit but tbh I want my product or a refund as was around £70! Very bad that you cannot speak to anyone and they say they have live chat but they don’t.
EDIT: I have been given a refund but sadly only after I posted on trustpilot. So I am pleased but also I feel you should be able to speak to someone and not have to resort to going on here to get a refund. The woman I spoke to was very nice though

If i could put 0 stars i would !!! Placed 2 orders 1 on 31st Dec and 1 on 1st January , EVRI have admitted to your company that they have lost (more like stolen) BOTH orders!! After SEVERAL messages on your website i was told i would receive a refund within 3-5 working days?? I didn't ASK for a refund NOR was i asked i had said i WANTED replacement orders sent for BOTH missing orders!! Not only that out of the 2 orders only 1 has been PART refunded??? I have honestly never had WORSE customer service from any retailer in my whole life!! You cannot speak to a human on the phone?? Your advisors are NOT reading the messages properly and it's absolutely shocking, i want these replacements sent out ASAP orders 733670046 and 733557505! This is absolutely disgusting way to treat any customer!!

Meget dårligt kundeservice. De svarer ikke selvom at jeg har skrevet mange mails til dem for at annullere ordren. Dog sender de ordren alligevel og stadigvæk uden at svare. Forventet leveringstid først om to uger. Det kan jeg ikke bruge til noget. Jeg har købt varen i Matas. Jeg vil ikke anbefale dem. 0 stjerner herfra.

Horrendous customer service they’ve had my returns for 7 days there policy states 3-5 days!! I had to chase up the return they said they hadn’t had that!! Yet when I produced the tracking number they then said ‘oh yes’ we have it we’ll get the refund sorted that was 5 days ago!! Why should you have to chase up YOUR OWN MONEY?? Thete is no ‘chat’ icon either!! Horrendous service no replies to emails or messages!!

I have been a loyal customer for many years spending alot of money. I ordered alot of expensive products before christmas- received my parcel undamaged but with 2 empty product boxes and one missing expensive facial cream. They responded asking if i wanted the products resent but as they couldnt get them in time for christmas i accepted this refund option but then received an email saying they were investigating it- another response that they reviewed cctv of the packing of my order and said it was all normal so no refund, they closed my account and will not be taking any future orders from me. Disgusted and will be taking it further as ive seen on reviews this has happened others too

I ordered some items as Christmas gifts and was informed that the items had been dispatched, I then received an email stating that they were out for delivery. The following day I was informed that the items had not been delivered “due to time constraints”. Two days before Christmas, I was then informed that the items had been “damaged in transit “ and had been returned to the company. Lookfantastic confirmed this via email but have still failed to issue a refund 14 days after placing the order. I was informed that I would only receive this once they have received the items back from the delivery company and have checked them. I fail to see why my refund has been withheld when the issue is clearly with the delivery company. This was my first experience of using LookFantastic - I would not recommend them. Very poor service!

Contact made. Return made. Refund agreed. Informed them that original bank card has been replaced. Ignored and 'said' refunded to an account that no longer exists. Bank contacted. No refund issued. The firm have been notified and contacted consistently and I keep getting told the issue is escalated but yet there is no resolution. 6 weeks of me chasing for a refund that they agreed to give, have not yet issued and they are using lies to avoid dealing with their mistakes. Avoid.

3 items ordered pre Christmas. Delivery was slow and only one arrived in the parcel. No sign of other 2 items. Weirdly the expensive ones in the order didn't arrive.....AVOID!!!

Paid extra for their premier delivery service. Didn’t come next day as advertised and the package itself came damaged (ripped at the bottom) and dents to the front. It is a Christmas present for my sister and frankly it looks shit. I tried to do their online chat via their website and filled out their survey. I have not had any contact from them to rectify. Quite disappointing

Update 23/12/25…
Even worse, Liam from Customer relations assures me that the issue has been logged as a formal complaint and to resolve this LIAM has processed a refund for the affected items… however Liam only processed a refund for €9.95 the cheapest item of my order. I hope Liam remembers to mention himself in my formal complaint. This is absolutely the worst shocking customer service I have experienced. I have now opened a dispute with my payment provider. Never again will I purchase from this company. AVOID!!!

Original: Terrible customer service with a complete failure to resolve issues and most responses are automated. My order which is my daughters Christmas present has been dispatched twice and lost in transit twice. £145 worth of gifts an will not be here for christmas, all ordered in good time. Automated messages saying a replacement order will be sent but never comes. Impossible to get a refund or someone to deal with the issue properly and resolve start to finish. So frustrating and dissapointing.

I placed an order with Look Fantastic, they said the order would be delivered by the 20th Dec 2025 via Evri. I have no update since just keep saying due to time constraints the goods could not be delivered. I have NO further update from them nor Evri. The customer service from this organization is HORRIBLE no proper channels to contact them about your orders. Your organisation need to be reported!!! I want my items my hard earn money bought!!!!

Parcel went missing / damaged, never found out. Told a re-delivery wouldn't arrive in time for Xmas and also refund wouldn't be processed until after Xmas. Awful customer service who were no help at all. Avoid!

Shocking customer service ! I ordered a Xmas present for my son on 20th via next day delivery. Allegedly Evri have tried to deliver 3 times which is just absolute tosh ! We’ve been in every day, no card received and on tracking info it just says error / delay and then is updated with failed delivery attempt. No live chat available and no response to emails. Can’t speak to anyone it’s so frustrating. My advice, don’t use this company

Har bestilt fra lookfantastic rigtig mange gange nu og har kun haft positive oplevelser. Har aldrig oplevet der har været fejl med min bestilling og der er rigtig hurtig levering. Kan klart anbefales her fra.
