⚠️ WARNING – Unexpected import charges and poor customer support
I placed an order after seeing a competitive price and “free shipping” offer. However, after completing my purchase, I was hit with unexpected import fees of £64.50 from DHL that were not clearly explained at checkout.
When I contacted customer service, the response was very slow, and my issue was not resolved before the item was re-shipped again. I am now stuck with a much higher total cost than expected and very limited options.
Be aware that the final price may be significantly higher than what is shown on the website due to import duties, VAT, and courier fees.
I strongly recommend checking all hidden costs before ordering from this site.

capiamo perfettamente la sua delusione e ci dispiace sinceramente per come si è conclusa questa esperienza.
Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un problema con uno degli articoli del suo ordine e, nonostante diversi solleciti, non siamo riusciti a ottenere nei tempi necessari una risposta da parte di Rudy Project. Per questo motivo la spedizione non è mai partita, anche se per errore è stata inviata un'email automatica che indicava il contrario.
Come richiesto, abbiamo quindi provveduto alla cancellazione dell'ordine e all'emissione del rimborso.
Ci scusiamo per il disagio e per l'attesa che le abbiamo causato.

These sunglasses are fantastic. They are 100% authentic, made in Italy, not China. The product arrived well-packaged and included a security seal on the bottom of the box, making it easy to verify whether the package had been opened during transit.
The sale price was very competitive compared to other offers in the EU market, making this an excellent value for the quality received.
The only downside is the delivery time, which took a little over two weeks. However, if you're willing to be patient, the wait is definitely worth it. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
