Ho acquistato un occhiale da sole a marchio Gucci per San Valentino,è stata una mia mancanza non scartare tutto il pacchetto e per praticità ho fatto la confezione regalo, al momento dell'apertura l'occhiale presentava un graffio su una stanghetta (un po' evidente) tanto che questo sicuramente è stato visto alla fonte,ma inviato ugualmente!
La risposta è stata che sono stato io a graffiarlo e così ho fatto un regalo graffiato. Questa è la mia esperienza con questa azienda...

per completezza: l’ordine è stato consegnato il 29 gennaio e il graffio ci è stato segnalato il 14 febbraio, oltre due settimane dopo. Il 16 febbraio ci ha inoltre confermato per iscritto di non aver controllato gli occhiali alla ricezione e di volerli comunque tenere perché il regalo era piaciuto.
Le avevamo spiegato che, dopo oltre due settimane, era impossibile stabilire quando si fosse verificato il graffio. Nonostante la segnalazione fosse ben oltre le 24 ore previste dalle condizioni accettate all’acquisto, le avevamo comunque offerto la possibilità di effettuare il normale reso entro 30 giorni. Ha scelto lei di non farlo.
Troviamo quindi quantomeno sorprendente che, a distanza di mesi, venga pubblicata una recensione che omette completamente questi elementi e lascia intendere che non le sia stata offerta alcuna soluzione.
Ci sembrava corretto riportare i fatti nella loro interezza, affinché chi legge possa farsi un’opinione sulla base di quanto realmente accaduto.

Checkout process did not make import duties clear…
Checkout process did not make clear that this is an Italian company and that £47 of import duties would be charged in order to receive the delivery in the UK. These additional costs should have been calculated and shown on the check out page so the full delivery cost is clear. Saying ‘import duties may apply’ in the shall print is clearly insufficient.

We are sorry that you were disappointed, but we must clarify that the information about import duties is clearly provided before checkout and again in our Shipping Policy.
Your order was shipped from Italy, as stated on our website, and the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. As a result, import VAT and customs charges are collected by UK customs authorities, not by us.
We respectfully disagree with your statement that this information was "not made clear." The checkout explicitly states that duties are not included and will be charged upon delivery. Unfortunately, choosing not to read this information does not mean it was absent.
We always encourage customers to review the shipping information before completing an international purchase, and we remain available to answer any questions before an order is placed.
