We would like to clarify that you paid £0 for delivery. The amount you mentioned are import duty and VAT fees charged by UK customs, which are the buyer’s responsibility. As clearly stated in our Shipping Policy, FAQs, and at checkout before order confirmation, these charges are not set or collected by us, but by your local government.

We understand these fees can be frustrating, but they are standard for international orders shipped to the UK. Unfortunately, no retailer outside the UK has control over them.

ci dispiace che abbia deciso di lasciare questa recensione, ma desideriamo chiarire la situazione in modo trasparente.
Il suo ordine è stato regolarmente preparato ed è sempre stato pronto per la spedizione. Non è quindi corretto affermare che gli occhiali Gucci da lei acquistati non siano mai stati predisposti alla consegna.

La spedizione non è potuta avvenire unicamente a causa della pratica che lei ha aperto: finché tale pratica rimane attiva, per motivi amministrativi e di sicurezza, non ci è consentito affidare il pacco al corriere. Abbiamo più volte comunicato la necessità di chiudere la contestazione per poter procedere, ma lei ha preferito mantenere la pratica aperta.

Comprendiamo il suo disappunto, ma riteniamo corretto sottolineare che il ritardo nella consegna non è dipeso dalla nostra volontà o da un disservizio nella gestione dell’ordine, bensì dalla situazione descritta.

Rimaniamo comunque a sua disposizione per risolvere la vicenda e completare la consegna nel momento in cui sarà possibile.
