I ordered Titanium pans from them.
The pans took a long time to arrive. They were sent in plain roughly put together cardboard boxes.
There are no labels or name on the boxes. The pans had no labels on them to show manufactor or material content.
I tried cooking with the pan. Cooking experience was very poor and difficult to clean. I dare not use them again. The material seems inferior and I do not know what it is. They look like a cheap copy.
The pans cannot be returned as Longwell told me the return would be managed overseas and it would cost me nearly as much as I had paid for the frying pans. I did not want to risk loosing more money.
I have reported them to trading standards.
The chef they use to advertise do not seem to exist.
No information about him or his named restaurant can be found on the internet.

This company are scammers!!! My package went missing and showed delivered to a diff place so they said this is classed as delivered and nothing can be done and refused to give me a refund. In the end we agreed on a replacement even thou I had already told them before it got lost I didn’t want the pan and when I get it I will return it. So anyway decided to take a replacement if I canceled my klarna claim that it had been lost and showed them which I did. They send me tracking for the new pan which is fake and is my old tracking showing already delivered!!! Scammers

The company is very informative and honest. The products they sell are of excellent quality and sometimes offer a special reduction.

I can't wait to receive my 11cm Titanium pan and lid because I believe it will improve my cooking no end and make things a lot easier in my Kitchen.

Pan prepared carefully as per instructions but steak, eggs, whatever just stuck and had to be prised off. Refund requested, description and photos sent 'for review'. No further response received. I doubt that this pan is really titanium. The customer support is useless. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

In these days of gloom and hardship how better to cheer yourself up than cooking fantastic tasting food in a fantastic pan AT HOME impressing friends and family

I purchased a pan from them and it is so good I have decided to buy a set and give one to my daughters. So good to use. Hope it lasts.

Finally arrived genuine company supplying genuine quality products so many dodgy ones out there .

Not received product yet, but excited to as my research says these are just what I’m looking for; High quality and toxic free

Excellent customer service; on a Sunday evening and I impulsively ordered a frying pan, then I saw a set that I felt was better value, so I added a comment to the advert simply explaining that I’d just bought a frying pan and asking if i could change it to the set.
Much to my amazement I got a message within minutes upgrading my purchase.
I took the opportunity to talk about my purchase and clarifying the various uses.
The person was really helpful, polite and patent. I won’t hesitate in using this supplier again.
As I’ve only just ordered the set I can’t review their quality quite yet, but if they are as good as their customer service, which I have no doubt they will be; I will review those too.

However, it was very easy to decline further additional pans, even with discount offered.
As the boys (4of them) have now left home, one pan should suffice.
If there were still six of us, then I would definitely have used the offer.
Can't wait cook for my wife and I in a clean safe easy to clean pan.

Excellent clear, easily explored website.
Seems a bargain price comparing the prices of other titanium pans. Not yet arrived so cannot comment as to how well it works but will leave another review when I have used it.
