Staff are very professional and helpful with a sound knowledge of the products they offer.
Orders delivered promptly usually within a few days using the Royal Mail tracking service which is very useful as it notifies you of delivery date and gives you an approximate delivery time.

I have an issue with getting a refund
I had an issue with getting order delivered due to incorrect being advised. Coins were returned to LMO after about 3 weeks Whilst on phone was “sold” another offer.
It arrived but was disappointing so returned for refund. Still waiting after nearly 2 months.
Told they have changed their system and have a backlog
Still waiting,my bank is stopping payments now not helped by the LMO inability to refund as promised

Awful experience trying to get my money…
Awful experience trying to get my money back after returning coins with a no quibble guarantee policy.
Took over 3 months to get my money.
I informed them I was going to contact the financial ombudsman after they sent me threatening correspondence saying I hadnt paid any money. Wouldnt trust them or deal with them again!!!
