Nous vous demandons plutôt de vérifier si cette référence est celle du colis, fournie par le transporteur, ou simplement un code produit du site où vous avez acheté l'article.
Néanmoins, et après avoir vérifié l'envoi, si vous ne disposez pas d'informations plus détaillées, contactez l'entreprise où vous avez effectué l'achat, car il peut y avoir un problème interne avec leur système, donc pour l'instant nous ne pouvons pas connaître plus de détails sur le colis.

Non cadete nella trappola come noi!!! Ti iscrivi automaticamente al loro abbonamento di 50 euro mensile!!! Ma perché mai uno vorrebbe avere un abbonamento per controllare i pacchi??? Ho appena annullato l abbonamento, speriamo bene visto che ho letto di qualche utente che dice di aver pagato anche dopo la cancellazione... Se è così, vi denuncio!

Ci dispiace che non siate riusciti a visualizzare i costi associati al servizio, poiché questi sono indicati senza necessità di registrarsi per acquistarlo prima di effettuare il pagamento.
Una volta cancellato l'account utente, non verranno addebitati costi aggiuntivi.

ti chiedono 0,50 cents per un tracking, pagando il quale si da per scontato che tu abbia letto tutte le lunghe pagine delle condizioni d'uso (cosa che non fa praticamente nessuno) e qui scatta la fregatura, perche' ti fanno un abbonamento mensile del costo di 49,90 euro !
fortunatamente l'antifrode di postepay mi ha chiesto conferma con un sms se io avessi effettivamente autorizzato questo addebito, e cosi questa volta gli è andata male a questi delinquenti! hanno avuto solo i 50 cents!
il bello è che rispondono qui su trustpilot dicendo che sono dispiaciuti dell equivoco, che loro fanno del tutto affinche' sia chiaro che oltre al pagamento del singolo tracking stai anche attivando quest abbonamento truffaldino ! ma poi, perche' mai dovrei fare un abbonamento mensile per verificare il tracking dei miei pacchi, quando poi lo offrono tutti gratis ? inoltre, mica ricevo centinaia di pacchi al mese da giustificare una simile castroneria !!!

SCAM!!! You think you only pay 50cents to track your package but they subscribe you to their services which cost €49,90. They claim that they “clearly” mentioned this but no, they don’t ever mention that, they don’t “clearly” state on the page that it is subscription. they don’t even send you an email which they should if they claim that they “clearly” state that it’s a subscription. You should be ashamed for tricking people like that.

Sinds november 2024 is er zonder ons medeweten en goedkeuring een abonnement afgesloten, pure diefstal van DIT BEDRIJF er is dus al die tijd tot nu 2 juli 2025 het zelfde bedrag als bij de andere gedupeerde afgeschreven. Wij zijn dat nooit aangegaan en het geeft nu een hoop ellende. Snap niet dat na deze meldingen dit bedrijf niet gestopt word. Hun antwoorden zijn ook steeds hetzelfde er kan in plaats daarvan beter de mensen hun geld terug gegeven kunnen worden. Deze personen willen rijk worden over de rug van hard werkende mensen..schandalig.

Company existing just because of legal void to scam users. I am trying to understand how unsubscribe to this fraudulent service, since on the website there is nothing but an email, but my guess is we won't hear from them. Reported the site to authority.

Scammed my father out of 49,90E twice (past 2 months) before he noticed it on his bank statement.
Pretends to help track a parcel for 50cents, but in fact SUBSCRIBES you to their "services", whatever they are. Does NOT respect french laws pertaining to subscription and resiliation of contracts.
To this day we do not know HOW they got his account info (he's old but not stupid), probably some popup or a tick box somewhere in an online merchant's checkout page.
