Dear Jose,Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your rental experience was ruined at the end by the damage and fuel charges.
We would like to clarify our procedures to ensure maximum transparency. Every vehicle is thoroughly checked upon return before being handed over to the next customer. Furthermore, we always offer a joint vehicle inspection (check-out) before you leave the parking lot. This allows the driver to verify the fuel level and check for any discrepancies between our official damage report and the actual condition of the car, so we can update the rental agreement immediately.
If you have any doubts about the final bill, we invite you to contact our Customer Service team (https://portale.locautorent.com/websitecs/cs-home.aspx). They will be able to provide you with all the necessary documentation and information regarding your specific case.
We truly hope to have another opportunity in the future to provide you with a much better experience and regain your trust.
Elisa

Great service
When we picked up the car the service was professional. She showed us a sheet of paper with already damages to the car and all the information we would need. The pick-up and drop off was fast. We also got upgraded even though we had never rented a car from Locauto. Though, it was a bit expensive compared to other rental companies we have used on holiday in Europe.

Ok car but very expensive
Ok car (but pretty dusty on the outside), but for me way overpriced! 130 euros per day is extremely much!

Hi Raz, thank you for your review and for renting with Locauto. We understand your thoughts on the pricing, though it is quite standard for rates to increase during the busy peak season in highly requested tourist areas. We are very glad we could offer you a complimentary upgrade at the desk, and we hope it made your journey even more enjoyable.
