Dear Apesteguy,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We are glad to hear that you had a warm welcome at pickup and that closing your file was a pleasant experience overall.
We apologize if the return inspection felt a bit over-cautious at first. Thoroughly checking the vehicle against the initial pickup record is our standard procedure to ensure complete fairness and accuracy for both sides. We appreciate your patience during that step and are happy that everything was resolved smoothly.
Thank you again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back on your next trip!
Chiara

Everything all great, except…
Everything all great and we thank Locauto for that. But to ensure a fantastic experience, the company should explain how ZTL zones work with Waze (it simply does not work properly in these areas and you might take a long time to arrive at destination). It happened to us in downtown Florence. And another thing we did not know is that auto service at gas stations require a credit card pin to work. I do have a PIN for my credit card. The result is that I could not fuel the car and had to pay the extra fee to the car rental company afterwards. Besides these things, car was clean and new, worked pretty well. Maybe these instructions should be given to the client at pickup point.

Dear Luigi,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you were pleased with the clean, new vehicle and that overall you had a great experience with Locauto.
We are truly sorry for the issues you encountered regarding the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones) navigation and the fuel station payment process.
We take your suggestions very seriously and will use your notes to improve the information and tips we provide to our guests at the pickup counter.
Thank you once again for your constructive advice, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic journey in the future!
