Locauto Group - Ravenna Arvostelua

Mah

Hired Audi A3 . Car was a bit battered with 70,000km on the clock. However, I presumed this was mainly cosmetic. The problem was that after driving only a few kilometres a warning light came on saying that the break pads had come to the end of their life. This was an Amber warning light so I continued to use the car and it would have ruined our holiday schedule if I had driven back to the rental office, especially as I was returning it to another office. Also, I had an episode of the emergency call sign flashing for no obvious reason, although I gather this can be a problem on Audis. Overall it made me question the degree of maintenance that had been carried out. In general, I have had no real problems with renting from Locauto but this car was not up to the standard expected

Tutto perfetto!!

Our experience at the Ravenna office was unacceptable. It took over 2.5 hours to collect the car despite only four customers being present. Staff were unfriendly, unprofessional, and clearly unhappy to help. To make matters worse, although we booked and paid for a VW T-Roc (medium/large), we were handed a VW Golf — a smaller car, not what we paid extra for. This feels dishonest and disrespectful. I will never use or recommend your company again.

Il servizio è stato perfetto e comodo

Molto gentili,tutto perfetto

I’ve recently hired a car from Locauto to drive from Ravenna to Venice, the team in Venice were great but Ravenna was awful. The customer service experience was awful and they charged me for two extra products without telling me! Terrible experience and taking advantage of me. Will not be using again!

Bellissime auto e senza nessun problema

Personale molto gentile, cortese è professionale. Soprattutto a Gabriele un ringraziamento speciale. Lo auto Ravenna è una garanzia.

Cordialità, disponibilità auto sempre pulite e scupolosità. Benissimo così

Very meticulous with automobile damage survey! I took my own video which I used to show a missing wheel cover prior to rental.

Gabriele gentilissimo e professionale

Macchina pulita e igienizzata.

Personale preparato gentile Gabriele sempre disponibile

I arrived at 0900 on Monday to return a car. The office was not open and there was no place to drop the key. I stood outside in light rain until 0940, by which time two others had arrived. I left the car keys with one of them and left. I do not know when the office opened.

Customer service was good.
Van was not clean. We found 3 beverage containers and trash throughout the van. The windshield was covered with dead bugs and debris that after a while of scrubbing it off myself I felt I could drive. As far as the performance of the vehicle I was never concerned about arriving at my destination and at the end of the day that was most important to me traveling all around Italy and Sicily with my family.

Tratti distintivi : gentilezza, disponibilità e adoperarsi per risolvere i problemi 👍
