Friendly staff, but could do with more of them
Staff are friendly and they are not trying to trick you or find extra money. However they were understaffed at pick up and it took about 1.5 hours to collect the car.

Palermo Notarbartolo - Airport
The pickup of the car in Palermo Notarbartolo was quick and smooth. Instead of Fiat Panda we got Opel Corsa. No problems with this, but we were missing a parcel/cargo cover so our bags were fully uncovered when we moved between accommodations. I asked the staff about it and they said there was nothing they could do about it.
The return of the car at the Palermo airport was quick and smooth as well.
I reccommend this rental company even when the missing cover caused us a few headaches on our trip.

We got a great new car that was really comfortable to drive. The staff were available when we arrived to organise pick. We picked the car up at Palermo, and dripped it off at a different location. The drop iff, at Lemeze Terminal airport was so easy and fast! I highly recommend!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the fast check-in process and that our French-speaking staff made communication easier for you.
However, we sincerely apologize if you felt pressured into purchasing additional insurance. Our extra coverages are completely optional, and our staff is trained to offer them transparently, without making customers feel obligated or pressured. We will definitely address your feedback with our desk agents.
We also apologize for the exterior condition of the vehicle and the misunderstanding during the drop-off. All pre-existing damages are recorded on the rental agreement before departure, but we agree that taking photos is always a good practice for everyone's peace of mind.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services, and we hope to welcome you back for a flawless experience next time.

We would like to clarify that the extra coverages proposed at our rental desk are entirely optional. Our staff explains these additional protection plans at the time of signing the contract, but you are always completely free to choose whether to purchase them or not, based on your personal needs and preferences for peace of mind.
We value your comments, as they help us continuously improve how we communicate our services. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon and provide you with a 5-star experience.
