Auto di livello, cortesia del personale eccellente.

La posizione vicino alla stazione di Notarbartolo è perfetta per chi vuole prendere l'auto e imboccare subito l'autostrada. L'auto era nuovissima, pulita e confortevole. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema durante il viaggio. Mi è piaciuto molto il modo in cui lavora il personale (gentilissimo). Il contratto presenta anche uno schema con tutti i danni all'auto e questo mi ha reso più tranquillo in viaggio.

There were no problems with a service, only surprise was a need for physical creadit card, maybe virtual one (in mobile phone) could be considered. Gentleman there was fine.

NEW car abd great services. As most of the cars we saw at the return parking. The oick up was fast end efficient The return in Palermo, was comlicated as we left our camera in the car. but the locauto team wroeked hard to take it back at the car wash. Very appreciated !

I received a very clean, brand new car. I had no problems either when picking it up or returning it. The gentleman at the office was helpful and attentive. He handled the process quickly. I recommend this company.

After renting cars in many countries over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a rental company. The service was fast, efficient, and completely stress-free. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. The vehicle was spotless, in perfect condition, and the entire rental process—from pick-up to drop-off—was seamless. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended!

The car was as expected when booked on line. The Fiat Panda was new, in excellent driving condition, with good air conditioning. The interior seats were a little dirty upon pick up, but not much to complain about. We got great service in English from Giuseppe at the Notarbartolo location in Palermo. We booked with Locauto because we believed they had an overnight key drop option, but this was only available if dropping off at the airport, so needing to return the next day to hand over the key was a bit inconvenient. However, EVERY car rental agency in Sicily is closed on Sundays, so this is just good to know when planning your road trips!

In verband met een incident in de zee hele dag in het ziekenhuis gezeten op de dag dat we de auto moesten inleveren. Hierdoor konden we de auto niet op tijd inleveren, maar dit was geen probleem!

Mi sono trovato bene. Cortesi e professionali sia al ritiro che alla riconsegna. Ottimo gestore.
