Hello, so glad you enjoyed the trip with us, Fabio
We had a hire car from Leche in Puglia…
We had a hire car from Leche in Puglia to Naples. The car was absolutely fine and collection was efficient and straightforward. However, drop off at Naples main station was very difficult. We had not been given directions to the drop-off garage, the access to the garage was extremely tight, and the receptionist was surly to the point of rudeness.
If Locauto could provide accurate directions to their offices and invest in some staff training, we would happily give them a five star review.

Dear Andrew,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We are glad to hear that your vehicle collection in Lecce went smoothly and that the car met your expectations. However, we are deeply sorry for the difficulties you experienced during the drop-off at Naples Central Station, as well as the attitude of the staff.
We appreciate your constructive input, and we are sharing your comments directly with our relevant departments to improve our direction guides for arriving customers and to improve our customer service.
Thank you again for your valuable review, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for a seamless, five-star experience from start to finish.
Elisa
