Locar  Arvostelua

Very reliable PHV rental company in london. I always find it easy to work with them. Very quick and swift process to get you a car. Would recommend to any driver.

I’ve been driving for Uber etc. for many years, and it’s by far the best PCO rental service I’ve used. Very good in communication, and very accommodating.

Ive been renting my car from Locar for nearly a year now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. They are fast, reliable, and incredibly efficient — perfect for anyone who values their time. For the quickest response, I highly recommend reaching out to them via WhatsApp. When contacting them Matt is always very understanding and helpful, always ready to answer questions and assist with any concerns.

As someone under 25, I found it difficult to get added to insurance with most car rental companies — but Locar assured me it was no problem at all. They made the process smooth and stress-free, which really set them apart from others.

Because of their exceptional service, I’ve already recommended Locar to a few of my friends who are looking to rent and I’ll continue to do so!

If you're looking for a trustworthy and accommodating car rental service, Locar is definitely the one to choose.

They are costumer service is excellent. I don’t have any problem with they are cars if you asking them about any thing they are replying to quickly. I recommend Locar company. Am happy with them.

I HAVE BEEN RENTING CARS FROM MANY COMPANIES BEFORE, BUT SINCE MY FRIEND INTRODUCED LOCAR RENTAL TO ME, I HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR FOUR YEARS NOW AND I HAVE NEVER STAYED WITH A RENTAL COMPANY MORE THAN ONE YEAR. ANYTIME I WANT TO CHANGE MY VEHICLE, THEY WILL CHANGE IT WITHIN A WEEK. LOCAR RENTAL IS ALWAYS FAIR AND THEIR ACCOUNTABILITY IS VERY GOOD. LOOKING TO RENT A CAR, LOCAR RENTAL IS YOUR ANSWER.

A special shout-out goes to Matt, who I dealt with primarily over the phone. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. His clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile truly set Locar apart.
The car I rented was in fantastic condition, and the terms of the rental were straightforward and transparent. It's clear that Locar is a well-run company that prioritizes its customers.

Easy going . well understandable when it comes to professionalism.

I've been using Locar for 17 months now. When contacting customer service if needed the response is always quick, friendly and helpful. Documents are easy to upload without any issues. I definitely recommend Locar to all private hire drivers.

I have been with Locar a few years now and the service has been nothing short of first class , I deal with a small team there and it's great to have that familiarity , whether it's been requesting documents getting work done on my car , mot etc or needing to put me in another car because of an issue they have delivered every time , things are done quickly and the communication lines are great , prices are very reasonable too , thank you Matt , Lee and Chloe , I have tried other rental companies before I found locar and I would not go anywhere else now , thank you guys .... Patrick, a very satisfied Locar driver

Locar is in a league of its own. The service they provide is genuinely excellent professional, straightforward, and driver-first.

All the staff, especially Matt and Chloe are soo friendly and helpful. You’re not just a number, they actually work with you, not against you, which is rare in this industry.

Their customer service is second to none. They understand the challenges of taxi driving and don’t breathe down your neck like the traditional rental companies do. They just let you get on with your work and support you whenever you need it. It honestly feels more like a partnership than a rental agreement.

On top of all that, their prices are unbeatable! literally no other competitor comes close. They also give you full access to their partner garage, so if anything needs fixing, servicing or repairing, you’re sorted straight away! No delays, no runaround, no stress.

Locar keeps adding to their fleet too, so there are always new, reliable cars coming in.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else tbh. Using Locar makes the other companies make no sense. Highly recommend.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Locar. From the beginning, their team was professional, friendly, and efficient particularly Matt. The car I rented was ready to go with insurance and licensing already taken care of, which made it incredibly convenient for me to start and they offer very good prices!

I have been with many PCO car rental companies, Without a doubt, Locar company has been the best! Very affordable and they’re very understandable & considerate regardless of your circumstance.

I would highly recommend to any PCO Drivers
