Locar  Arvostelua

"I've been a loyal customer of Locar for over three years, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service they've provided. Their fleet of vehicles is top-notch, with a wide range of high-quality cars that cater to diverse needs. What I appreciate most is their competitive weekly rental rates, which offer great value for money.

But what truly sets Locar apart is their outstanding customer service. Their team is always friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the entire rental process seamless and hassle-free. Whether I need assistance with breakdown, have questions about their services, or require support during my rental period, they've always been there to lend a helping hand.

Overall, my experience with Locar has been consistently positive, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable PCO car rentals."

Locar is a very well run company, a few mentions as to why I would recommend them is being able to communcate with them at all different times of the day and different ways to get in contact with who you may need.
They reply to your messages within a couple of hours and also help resolve any issues as soon as they can.
They have many options and will help you to make the right choice rather than force you into a decision.
Excellent team to work with highly reccomend them.

Really can’t complain about Locar very professional team and helpful did not highlight any problem or issue with them I recommended my friend to them and he’s very happy.

I’m have been with locar for almost a year .a great people providing great service ,very helpful.i wouldn’t change them

Can’t recommend Locar enough. Easy communication on WhatsApp. Quick n easy to get the documents sorted n pick up your vehicle. Always helpful whenever I need some advice and Locar has competitive pricing compared to other providers. Matt from the team is always helpful.

Matt, was brilliant. Kept me informed when the car was available and with all the costs involved. Definitely recommend them and him.

I’ve been renting with Locar Rent for over 2 years now, and it’s been a smooth and professional experience throughout.
The onboarding process was quick and straightforward, which helped me get on the road with Uber without delays. The staff are friendly, explain everything clearly, and always make sure the car is clean and ready to go.

Communication is fast, and they’re easy to reach if I have any questions or issues. I also really appreciate the flexibility they offer in rental terms it’s ideal for Uber drivers like me.

After two years, I can confidently say they’re a reliable and supportive rental partner.

I have been with Locar for about a year now and the service has been the best. They are always able to adhere to any requests and even go out of their way to try to find the best solution for their customers. Their pricing is very fair as well. I will continue to use Locar for the foreseeable future!

Probably the best company to cooperate on the market everyone is helpful and no hide options in agreement

Excellent service, friendly staff. Overall a good company to lease with if you are looking for PCO hire.

Locar has been great for my PCO rental needs. The car was in excellent condition, and their support team is outstanding—always quick to respond and ready to help. A special thanks to Matt, who’s always helpful and goes the extra mile. I definitely recommend them to fellow drivers!

I have been dealing with a gentleman called Matt & he's been great! The service is always top quality & always done within a timely matter.
I would highly recommend Locar. As a new PCO driver, Locar has made the whole process very straight forward.
It's been a pleasure doing business with you guys.

I’ve been with Locar for well over a year now- that in itself should be a testament to how good and honest this company is (unlike the dozens of other PCO car hire companies). The staff are very friendly and helpful, I have never been charged any hidden fees and I am already on my fourth vehicle with them. The vehicles provided have all been well maintained and a lot cheaper than many of its competitors- and so far 5 of my mates who work as PCO drivers have switched from their company to rent from Locar as they’re a much more trustworthy and reliable company. I don’t plan on hiring from any other company any time soon and hope to continue hiring from them in the future.

Locar was recommended to me by a friend and after over a year of cooperation I can definitely confirm that this is a company that is great to work with.
I started with the cheapest cars to rent because I was just starting my business and now I am renting a brand new car from Locar at a very competitive price on the market.
None of the cars were in the cheapest, basic configuration (common practice in other companies), here each one was configured for the driver, proving that Locar is aware of the fact that working as PHD we spend long hours behind the wheel every day.
All the formalities necessary for renting are completed without any problems, quickly, within hours and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Car services and any potential issues are also taken care of immediately. Communication with Locar is always without any delay.
To sum up - based on my experience (and also a few other drivers I talked to) Locar is a company worth recommending especially for longer rentals because they have a very flexible pricing approach that can be negotiated.
All these advantages speak for the fact that at the moment I am not interested in offers from other companies because it is difficult to find any other, competitive offer.
I highly recommend - strong five stars.

They are very helpful

I've been having a great experience with Locar. The customer service are quick to respond and quick to resolve any issues you have. I felt they've been very accommodating for me as well. I haven't had any negative experience so far so I'm happy. Special shoutout to Matt the Fleet Manager. He's been great since I've started with Locar, straightforward guy and gets things done 😌

For over four years, it's been a pleasure renting PCO cars from Locar; a big shout out to the friendly and efficient staff. Great choice of cars, easy and hassle free rental and return process. I strongly recommend Locar.

I have been with Locar more than 8 months now. They are professionals but with a friendly approach. They back me out any time, any situation. I am really happy and I am not even looking for any competitors. They are fair in the first place. Highly recommended. If you are PCO driver, this is your address for PCO rental.

I’ve been with Locar for over a year now and my experience with them has been exactly what I expected. Smooth and efficient. They offer great PCO licensed vehicle options at competitive prices. Most importantly they are always available to contact when needed.
