Hi Harry,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timescale.
Your order was dispatched within our advertised 3–5 working day lead time. Unfortunately, once it had left us, the courier experienced delays which meant delivery took longer than expected.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when an earlier delivery date had been anticipated.
We’re currently reviewing our courier services to help prevent situations like this in the future.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll give us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.
