Ordered on a Friday, received the next Thursday! The only downside was no shipping info sent to me. I reached out on Thursday to inquire about that and didn’t get a response, but it happened to arrive later in the day!

They were very helpful in getting thr right pads for my husbands brace in a timely manner.

I ordered a scooter with your company could not supply so you said I should pick another one. Well I did and when I got here, it was too big as a company that delivered. It said that they would take it back now you’re saying it was available to be taken back and it was sold for $500 to a liquidator And you had to pay $830 to have it created. I would like to know why I haven’t gotten a refund for my $1670

Quick and easy ordering, great communication. Good turnaround, I had done some upgrades to the scooter thus it took a little longer to get to me. But still one week to getting the scooter to me.

You company did a great job. But I reported on the first day I recieved there a noise coming from motor first part of Sept. The contractor Pride sent out verified and order a motor. This is Oct. 30 still waiting looks like maybe middle of Nov. Nothing your company did. You done a great job.

I placed an order on a Monday through Living Well Stores for a new Pride lift chair for my wife. It was delivered on Wednesday of that same week!! Unfortunately when I unpacked it that evening, I found that it was damaged from the factory or during shipping. I called Living Well and left a voice message about this and I received a call from Garrett the next morning. Garrett was a pleasure to work with and was able to get me a new chair shipped out. Throughout the process Garrett kept me informed either through email or by telephone. I have to say that this was probably some of the Best customer service I have ever received.
