Customer service is fantastic! I received an item that had a design defect and would not fit in my home. The customer service representative immediately issued a refund followed by an explanation that they could not take it back once the box was opened and suggested that I donate it to someone who could use it. That's some of the best service I've seen in years!

I ordered a Breg Classic Wrist Brace with Thumb Spica from Living Well Stores. Sizing guidelines were accurate, as was the description of the brace. After wearing the brace for a couple of days, I can say it's the best wrist brace I've ever worn over a 30 year period. It was a pleasure doing business with Living Well Stores. I've purchased two mobility scooters just about five years apart. That speaks volumes! First, my Pride scooters lasted a long time and the first one, a smaller GoGo Travel Scooter is still used to get me around my house. The only thing wrong with IT is the seat, that I wore out! My Pride REVO is a dream. I can "drive" my scooter all over town and to the next town too. I'm able to get to all of my doctor appointments on time and the independence it's given me is wonderful. Now, Livingwell Stores...the staff that I dealt with, Kenneth was excellent to communicate with. They are located in Florida, and I in Hawaii. My new scooter: One week after I paid for it I was on my way to the grocery store! The shipping was so fast I was astonished. I was so amazed by everything. The staff, the product, the shipping and the price. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

the picture of the on the web site shows the seat post with the battery hold down clap. I got the seat post without the hold down clap. I really wanted the hold down clap.

I ordered a scooter from this company in April they could not supply the one I ordered so they suggested I pick another one. I did. He said that Scooter would be too big for my apartment. I should pick another one. They didn’t have it so I should pick another one so I finally picked one. They shipped it. I said to the shipping company what happens if it doesn’t fit we’ll take it back. They brought the scooter. It was way too big to fit in my apartment way too high for me to get up on it because I can’t stand up on my legs. I have to slide transfer from chair to chair Now they’re saying is not refundable. This was in October the end of October it won’t take the Scooter back they said they sold it to a liquidator for $500 a scooter over $3000. They supposedly sold it for 500 and it cost $800.30 to create it so I’m saying well then I should be due back $670. They’re telling me no I’m not qualified for that. This makes no sense to me and now as I read the other reviews, I see that they are not the most sent company to other people either I live on disability I get $1000 a month I don’t have $3000 For Scooter my mom took it out of her 401(k) to get it for me and you don’t have $3000 just to throw away either and now today they sent me email. It said too bad so sad we’re through with you leave us alone Basically Don’t deal with this company by Scooter from anybody but them be because they are not stand up at all they don’t care about the little people who are trying desperately to get some type of transportation to get from a to B because they can’t walk. He told me to keep that big Scooter and put around the complex in it. This is in a like a bike or a fun riding situation. This is something that gets me through my daily life without it. I’m totally lost and the one I have now is breaking down and it’s not holding charge now I have a scooter that’s about to die And out $3000 for a brand new scooter because they didn’t see fit to just refund my money he told me I should take some ownership. I took ownership. I said OK we’ll pay the eight $3830 to create it and the $500 will pay that but technically that $500 was income to somebody so that should be a plastic in my column
