compans will ghost customers on their return policy
Bought window screens earlier this year. Before the screens even arrived to my home, they announced a 20% off sale. I called and requested a courtesy credit but was told I was a day or two past their arbitrary cutoff period. I understood but told them I wanted to initiate a refund. I understood I would pay a 10% restocking fee per their policy but I was willing to do this out of principle and that I would leave a review describing my experience. THEN THEY WENT ABSOLUTELY RADIO SILENT. After multiple attemps to get them to return my product, NOTHING. It is quite ironic as well that you get an auto generated email from one of the owners indicating that they read every interaction with customer service. The actual products were fine and as described but I will not buy from them again and I hope this post will make anyone else think about how they will be treated if there is an issue. There are many companies selling comparable products and if a firm will not even live up to their own return policy and even ignore multiple attempts to contact them.....
