LINGsCARS.com Arvostelua

LINGsCARS was an excellent experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a deadly serious transaction with people in suits then this is not the place for you. People have fun and are prepared to be light hearted throughout the conversation - which was also prompt and helpful at every point. I almost didn't want the chat to stop because it was at some moments hilarious. Plus the videos from Ling herself are a touch of genius.

Hello Ling I LOVE your website so much it’s beautiful and your very nice and legit with your business
❤️i love you Ling!!!

From the very first email enquiry sent to the day my car arrived, all the staff could not have been more helpful. The speed at which they responded to any question or enquiry I had was amazing. I could not recommend Ling cars highly enough. There is no need to look any further. They make the whole process that could be daunting a very easy and sometimes amusing journey. At the end of my lease I shall 100% be back for round 2. Thank you to everyone I’ve dealt with your all amazing.

Good communications throughout the process. Good deal on a car that was delivered with great service.

Amazing and easy to deal with very quick responses first time using a leasing service and wouldn't look anywhere else now

From the first visit to the website through to delivery of the car I can not fault Lings Cars. They have professional, courteous, funny, gone the extra mile. I would highly recommend them.

The third car I have had via Lings. As always great customer service through the process and you cannot beat their customer platform which manages the process end to end. No sitting on hold, immediate responses!

Great customer service, fantastic communication not left hanging around waiting for updates. Described to lily what we needed and she came up with a few options. Kept informed every step of the way with Guy also and despite a few hiccups on delivery I am really pleased with my car and will definitely be back in 3 years for our replacement. Thank you Lingscars!

Third time I have used Lings. They make it a very easy process. Quick to answer any questions. They are happy to search out deals for you that are not on the website.

Quirky site design but a very wide range of automobile brands available

I used Lings for my first time when looking to lease a car and I have to say the process was extremely smooth and easy. Lily and Guy were very helpful, efficient and had great communication skills during the whole process! I was provided with the knowledge and information of all the best offers that were available which made my first lease experience enjoyable.
They answered all my numerous queries so quickly and once the order was placed I was kept informed every step of the way. They kept me calm and reassured during the whole process and made making a big purchase seemless. I would highly recommend Lings to anyone thinking of leasing a car!
The team were Lingtastic!!

This is my 9th car leased from LingsCars. The experience is always excellent. Can't recommend highly enough. Communications via LINGO is crystal clear

The whole process was flawless. Communication was great, all staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble and the added bonus of making a purchase fun was brilliant.

The colors and it's a attention grabber for sure, but it's extremely hard to find anything on the site. it's def not user-friendly

I recently visited the website and found it quite difficult to navigate. I was unable to find any information about what I wanted to do. The layout of the website seemed disorganized, making it challenging to locate relevant information. Overall, my experience was frustrating and unhelpful.

I found the website to be inviting and easily accessible. It was easy for me to navigate around the website.
