For me this page is a little difficult to navigate, to fine the information that I want, and do not have the Jeep brand

Lings Cars,
The website was difficult to search and find these vehicles, Nissan Altima and Jeep Wrangler. Navigating my way around your website design left me with a huge headache by the many distracting flashing lights. The was too much information on the website, all I could see was many hazzards without a clear pathway. I was lost on your website page leaving me confused and upset. The video link was distorted and did not play. Sadly, I was not confident to buy from you.

It was difficult to find infomation because:

User Interface*

The website's interface is confusing and distracting, with elements that don't contribute to the user experience:

1. Cartoonish images and excessive colors unrelated to car sales.
2. Overwhelming graphics and art that divert attention from the primary goal.
3. Visual design lacking clarity and simplicity principles.

Navigation Usability

Navigation is complicated and non-intuitive:

1. Disorganized and confusing menu.
2. Unclear and invisible links and buttons.
3. Lack of information hierarchy, making it hard to find what's needed.

Content and Information

Information is confusing and poorly organized:

1. Irrelevant content for car sales.
2. Long, unformatted texts difficult to read.
3. Lack of clarity in car presentations.

Search Functionality

No search functionality makes it hard to find specific information.

Content Usability

Content is inadequate, unclear, imprecise, and poorly formatted:

1. Inaccessible content.
2. No concise summaries or information about cars.
3. Unoptimized images and graphics.

Loading Speed

The page loads slowly, frustrating users.

very hard to find cars that i am looking for. confusing website. NOT A US USER. You're website have lots of unnecessary elements

Really good communication from start to finish. Great value and fast turn around.
Fantastic customer service using the app.

ling is horrible, the worst, this is a scam! i never got my car.

I like the offer on the cars just little hard to navigate. But in general great offers and lots of choice of cars on lease. Good variety of cars. Well priced.

ling is bad, nuclear missile truck not arrived yet, have waited 3 years, still no truck through the mail!

We've used Lings a couple of times now for our business leasing needs. Difficult to recommend too highly - they're always right there to guide and advise, and we always feel they have our interests front and centre... navigating the finance companies, suppliers, collection and delivery agencies is not always straightforward if the motor trade is not your usual environment. Well done, Guy, Lily & co, and to Ling for engaging us in the first place!

This website sucks I ordered a white patrol Nissan for a gift to my niece who is getting married I ordered it TWO YEARS ago and it has still not come and the company still charges me 250 pounds EVERY MONTH despite the fact I have called them time and time again to address my issue but they always say the SAME THING 'me no speak English maam'

In the beginning the lord said let there be light. Lings Cars is that light.

All made extremely simple notified every step of the way by guy

Everything about Lings is great. I have leased 6 cars though them now and am about to do my 7th. Super people. Best deals.

Good nuclear missile trick☺️ all my neighbors like it

Regular updates, friendly team, very efficient... and great website!

We have had quite a few cars from Ling's and the team have always done there best to make the process as seamless as possible. They always reply promptly to emails and are always pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lingscars, I have found them to be one of the best car leasing companies I have ever used. Excellent service, speedy responses on all your questions and managed to deliver my new car to me within a few weeks of ordering. I have used many leasing companies over the years and Ling shine above all the others. Well done to all team at Ling!

Really good service, very helpful and very quick with answers to any questions.

This is the 3rd contract lease I've used Lings service and once again the communication, support and help the Guy and Lily have provided from quote through to order and delivery has been superb. Highly recommend

This is the third time I've used LINGsCARS.com for a new car. The website has loads of information and there are so many choices. The website also provides a secure way of communicating with the Lings' team, which replies to emails very quickly and explains everything very clearly. The team members are really helpful - and patient when it comes to making decisions on a car.
I have no hesitation in recommending LINGsCARS.com.
