Sehr schnelle Lieferung und wirklich sehr hilfreicher und freundlicher support

I ordered a Chronograph Line 2 on the 16th December. 3 weeks later I still hadn’t received the watch or heard anything so emailed to ask what was happening. I was told a few days later that my watch was no longer available and could I choose a different one? How can it possibly take 3 weeks to realise a watch isn’t available for an order?

I wasn’t interested in any other watches so asked for a refund. Then to my dismay a day later I see that the watch I had ordered is back on the website at £100 higher price. Quite what is going on here is beyond me, but from reading all these reviews it seems that their watches are pretty poor quality anyway, and if something goes wrong I don’t have the stomach to endure the inevitable weeks or months to get it fixed.

Let’s see if the refund comes, if it doesn’t I’ll be on the line to my credit card company to sort out.

My advice? Avoid.

Update:

After leaving this original 1 star review, I was contacted by Lilienthal Berlin and offered a generous discount on a future watch. I was also given my refund.

I debated getting a different watch but a couple of days later the original watch appeared in stock again, so I took a chance with my discount.

Susanne was very helpful throughout the process, and everything seemed to have been bought and good.

A week later though there had been no dispatch confirmation so I chased up and was told the watch had been sold to someone else!

I couldn’t believe it, but then the watch turned up the following day. I was told there had been some communication problems. Quite wild.

Anyway, the watch itself is nice. I had to reset a couple of dials with help from AI as originally I thought it was faulty, but it wasn’t. And the super luminova effect is quite faint. But all in all I’m happy with it now.

It’s quite a shame that the communication, ordering and shipping process can be so shambolic. If they heavily invested here they would have no more negative reviews and a lot more customer confidence.

They sent ma defective watch that I purchased for my son at Christmas. The watch was on sale for around $165.00. They do not have the watch in stock now and will only give me store credit. Well, now similar watches are now over $300.00. It's not fair that they sent me a defective watch and can't replace it with the same one. Do not. My from this company as they are very dishonest!

I bought a Lilienthal 1 watch in November/December and since I have problem with it stopping regularly as if the battery is faulty which is very unsatisfactory .It was delivered to my address in Newtownmountkennedy,Ireland

Package still not given to UPS.
The do NOT respond anymore to mails or contact form from Website.
I will give them today to confirm shipment or contact bank/Paypal to see if I can get money refunded.

Edit 7/1:
I was informed last night per mail that the amount will be refunded through paypal. Paypal has informed me this is ongoing. This of course changes my general perception even if I am extremely dissapointed as the (really nice) watch I bought was meant as a gift. 3 stars being the balance between the dissapointment and the fact I get my payment refunded. By the way, another watch bought at the same dealer a few years back works flawlessly.

Fine aesthetics and the deliverables are quite what you except from the site pictures.
Quick delivery and - most important - they are there to help and support in any issue might appear (happened to me in 1/5 purchases - resolved immediately although prooved to be false alarm).

Meine Lilienthal Automatik All Blue für ca. 600 Euro, gekauft 2025, ging mehrere Minuten vor.
Nach anfänglichen Kontaktproblemen reagierte Lilienthal nach Bewertung bei Trustpilot sofort.
Laut Schweizer Uhrwerkhersteller kann die Gangungenauigkeit dieser Uhr bis zu 12 Sekunden pro Tag betragen, das sind dann etwa 5 Minuten im Monat. Meine Forderung: Vertragsrückabwicklung. Nach 3 Wochen habe ich mein Geld zurück. Der Kundenservice war freundlich, wertschätzend und kulant. Beachtlich. Ich bin außerordentlich zufrieden.

I bought a Huxley black bronze which is beautiful. Feels so well made and hasn't lost or gained a single second within the first month.

I stupidly lost the spare links I removed and then realised the watch was a little tight. Lilienthal responded to my email immediately and sent replacement links for no charge. I would have been very happy to pay.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung bei Lilienthal Berlin. Am 28.12. habe ich bestellt und die Sendung am 02.01. erhalten, trotz der Feiertage. Die Uhr macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck und gefällt mir auch optisch sehr gut. Auch die Verpackung ist schick, was mich besonders freut, da es ein Geschenk sein soll.

Habe bereits die zweite Uhr bei Lilienthal gekauft, bin grundsätzlich zufrieden, was die Optik der Uhren betrifft, auch hatte ich in der ersten Bestellung eine Reklamation, die reguliert wurde. Aber , und dass muss ich einfach loswerden, es wird immer von der Qualität der Leuchtziffern geworben, aber ich muss leider feststellen, Leuchtziffern könnt ihr nicht! Das ist Fakt! Habe noch nie eine Uhr besessen, bei der die Leuchtziffern so schlecht waren. Egal wie lange ich sie unters Licht halte( das war ein Tipp vom Service).
Daher wird es keine dritte Uhr geben.

Zoals eerder gemeld mijn bestelling nooit mogen ontvangen.
Mijn betaling na het indienen van een claim formulier retour ontvangen plus het aanbod om met reductie een nieuwe bestelling te plaatsen. Blij met deze oplossing!

Then bad experience...but at the end they replied me and almost immediately they have refund me give me possibility tò buy something in time for Christmas.
At the end from tragic experience become a bad experience but managed from them correctly.

Susanne was very helpful, quick, methodical, showed empathy and was very very human. I very much value the fact that I could make contact with a human being with such qualities and did not have to go through the usual automated and bot supported nightmare. I am fully aware of the fact that some of your mails are generated so, but the understanding and the solving of the problem was facilitated by Susanne. Thank You very much for the experience!

Meilleur service après vente jamais connu!! J ai eu un problème avec la livraison de mon sac. Pas de leur faute ni de la mienne mais le service client Lilienthal a répondu immédiatement, m'a proposé des solutions. J ai été écoutée, la gestion du problème a été ultra rapide, et la solution proposée mettait vraiment en avant la satisfaction client. Je suis ravie de la prise en charge, mais aussi de mon sac!bravo!

I received a watch that will not work, I suspect the battery is dead.
I have sent the company several messages and have received one response which had no bearing on the issue.

Update: I received a response from Susanne in Lilienthal's Customer Service.
The watch battery was dead and Susanne kindly offered to reimburse the cost of a replacement battery. I accepted her explanation that the delay in their response was due to the very busy time of year i.e. Black Friday etc.
The watch is now working, and I am happy to amend my score to 4 stars.

schnelle Lieferung und sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice- es wurde mir eine kulante, großzügige Lösung angeboten. Ich werde hier wieder bestellen.

Lilienthal hat sich mittlerweile um die Lösung des Problems gekümmert, allerdings erst nach meinem Feedback hier. Zunächst war die Bestellung nicht bestätigt worden, das Geld aber wurde abgebucht und keine Uhr verschickt. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Versuchen, Kontakt aufzunehmen, reagierte das Unternehmen erst auf meine Rezension hier. Allerdings bemüht sich Lilienthal nun um eine Lösung. Ich konnte die Uhr nochmal zum Angebotspreis bestellen. Der zu viel abgebuchte Betrag wurde zurücküberwiesen. Die Uhr ist unterwegs. Somit kann ich in der Gesamtsicht nun 3/5 Sterne vergeben.

Bevor ich Ende des Monats nach Nepal zurückkehre, habe ich für meine Familie vier wunderschöne Armbanduhren von Lilienthal bestellt. Nach meiner ersten Bestellung erhielt ich eine E-Mail mit einem 20 %-Gutschein für eine Folgebestellung. Bei meiner nächsten Bestellung, die Black-Friday-typische Preisnachlässe bot, vergaß ich leider, den Gutschein einzulösen. Einen Tag später kontaktierte ich Lilienthal höflich und erhielt prompt eine Gutschrift. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Jetzt fliege ich mit vier attraktiven und preiswerten Uhren auf das Dach der Welt und hoffe, dass sie den Menschen dort lange Zeit gute Dienste leisten werden.
