Delivery serveley let you down
Delivery serveley let you down. Waited in Friday my parcel never arrived. I understand this happens, so rearranged for today Tuesday 27/9/22. I have waited in all day and the parcel has not arrived. The driver has claimed we missed him even though there were multiple people at home. No calling card left and the driver has clearly taken a photo from the communal car park without getting out the van. Poor service!

Dear Danny
We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with our courier, this isn't acceptable. Looking on the DPD tracking website, I can see that it is expected to be delivered to you today between 11:41am and 12:41pm, if it doesn't arrive again please don't hesitate to get in touch with us on our customer service email - contactus@blackburndistributions.com - so we can look into why it wasn't delivered as it should have been last week, and then again yesterday.
Once again, my apologies about this.
Kind regards
