Dear Phillip
We are really sorry to hear this, we have been experiencing some severe issues this week with DPD as they have had an influx of orders processed through them due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes.
I can see on our system that we should have processed an entire refund for the shipping costs. We assure you that this will not happen again.
Kind regards

This company cannot be trusted
I enquired about the contents of one of their products and their response was very vague.
I then asked them to elaborate and made the question very clear and easy to understand.
I never heard back from them.
Further, their products are not third party lab tested so you have to take their word of every ingredient.
Under the circumstances I would steer very clear of companies such as this one. It's just not worth the risk. If something seems too good to be true it almost always is.
FIND COMPANIES WHO ARE HAPPY TO BE TRANSPARENT ABOUT ALL THEIR PRODUCTS AND WHOSE PRODUCTS ARE ALL THIRD PARTY LAB TESTED
