It was mu first order in Libristo and I Will repeat, for sure. The only thing that could be better is the delivery time, it was about 2 weeks! Apart from that, the service is spectacular, they respond quickly to email inquiries and everything arrives very well packaged. Congratulations!

A minha encomenda veio da Republica Checa ainda assim foi rapido.
O livro é ainda mais bonito ao vivo e consegui em promoção. Seria bom que tivessem mais imagens em cada artigo no website, mas pronto foi uma boa surpresa estou contente com o artigo.
Recomendo muito esta loja.

Encomendei alguns livros difíceis de…
Encomendei alguns livros difíceis de encontrar e a Libristo conseguiu cumprir a encomenda na íntegra e cumpriu o prazo de entrega prevista, sendo sempre possível consultar o estado da encomenda no site.
O acondicionamento dos livros na embalagem poderia ser melhor, 2 dos livros apesar de envoltos em plástico apresentavam cantos danificados. Não reportei a situação nem solicitei qualquer substituição por isso não posso avaliar a qualidade do serviço relativamente a retoma e substituição. Comprar na Libristo foi mais barato 15-20% que comprar na Amazon e o serviço de entrega foi superior.

Everything went very smoothly with the online purchase. It’s just that the delivery process takes a long time; it took over two weeks to receive the book. I think this is down to the delivery company that Libristo uses. I suggest reviewing the contract

Foi a primeira vez que encomendei livros desta loja, estava com um pouco de receio mas foi tudo ótimo.
Queria mandar vir 3 livros de edição deluxe que não encontrava em mais lado nenhum, para minha surpresa a libristo tinha e a um preço abaixo dos vendidos por outras lojas.
Chegou no tempo esperado (2 semanas, compreensivel uma vez que eram livros mais "raros"), em ótimo estado, foi fácil de encomendar e o apoio ao cliente é ótimo.
Tive zero problemas, recomendo bastante e com certeza vou voltar a realizar outras compras.
