Lexon Design Arvostelua 

J'ai initialement commandé une lampe Mina dans une taille qui ne me convenait pas. J'ai donc contacté le service client afin de l'échanger contre le modèle de taille supérieure. Bien que le traitement de ma demande ait pris environ un mois, le remboursement a bien été effectué et la nouvelle lampe m'a été envoyée sans difficulté.

La lampe est de très bonne qualité, conforme à mes attentes et particulièrement agréable à utiliser. Le seul point d'amélioration concerne le délai de réponse du service client, qui pourrait être plus rapide. En dehors de cela, je suis satisfait de mon achat et de la manière dont le problème a finalement été résolu.

I very much like the alarm clock of Lexon, because it is so comfortable to have a dark screen and just see the time digits by tipping on the clock. Additionally the design is very nice. I have two clocks, one at home and a small one for travelling. I had a problem with switching off the alarm and did not find an information in the web. So I applied to the customer service and got immediately an answer to satisfyingly solve the problem. First class customer service!

I hesitated for quite some time before purchasing the Balloon Dog Speaker, as it is a significant investment. Before placing my order, I had a few questions and reached out to the Lexon team via Instagram. They were extremely helpful and provided clear advice, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with my purchase.
Now that I have it, I’m delighted with my decision. The design is stunning and makes a real statement as a decorative piece, while the sound quality has exceeded my expectations.
What I particularly appreciate is that Lexon takes the time to listen to its customers and respond thoughtfully to their questions—something that feels increasingly rare nowadays.
Overall, it’s a beautiful product that successfully combines exceptional design with excellent functionality. I would happily recommend it.

Lexon's collaboration with Jeff Koons with their balloon dog lamp was my favourite accidental find of 2025. Facebook's targeted ads really hit a bullseye when they recommended me that - I can't even be mad. I was obsessed from the moment I saw it and took my chances ordering a second one even before seeing the first as their website seemed confidently professional and thorough in its presentation with lots of details about the product and its design process with plenty of pictures and graphics to go along with it. While the lamps were pricier than what I was initially expecting to spend, I also knew that you get what you pay for and I'm glad that what I received feels high quality and collectible. They instantly became some of my favourite pieces of home décor, but they might be upstaged sooner than I expected if I end up getting my hands on the XL models of both the balloon dog lamp and speaker announced only shortly before my review here on my original release ones I've had since early this year. I just might end up with a litter of these things in my house! Should I wind up with an extensive collection of art OR unique and creative lamps one day - Lexon and their rewarding decision to partner up with Jeff Koons started it!

I have really enjoyed using the Lexon flip alarm clock over the years. It has a quirky design and is much easier to use than a conventional alarm. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking to buy something completely unique but equally very practical and easy to use 😀

Speaking from the experience of being a balloon doggo lover, I had to say this lamp is stunning and extremely well designed. I ordered it on an impulse and it was a little more expensive than I realised- definitely worth checking the currency conversion beforehand
That error is totally on me though, that's the kind of unexpected crap that happens when you are not finance minded and just impulse buy stuff off the internet and I own and accept that. I was just excited. Needless to say the 2 minute noodles I lived on for the months leading up to its arrival were actually so good. I can't tell you how much my culinary skills improved because of this purchase.
But I also now own a beautiful balloon doggo lamp that I kiss on the nose before I go to bed each night, and not gonna lie I often talk and sing to because I'm a bit weird.
It's expensive. Wait for the courier import cost if you're outside of EU or US. But the fact remains, ! have an original Jeff Koons in my house. MY HOUSE. My little slice of living by myself with a life of extreme unimportance has one of the most stunning and heartwarming pieces you literally can't buy anywhere if you looked or tried.
If my house is burning down, I'm grabbing that thing in as much regard as I'm grabbing my family photos. Which are none because they're on my iCloud Drive. So come to think of it then, it's probably the only thing l'd grab leaving the house if it were to be burning down. I'd actually probably get my converse all stars that Chris Cheney signed. But that's it.
I hope that by now my idiocy and disturbed portrayal of humanity is proven and there is no question this comment was Al written.

Anyway, each night I watch this beautiful doggo display his beautiful colours, - singing his heart song as it were - designed by one of the most iconic artists of our time and now as I can finally afford a cup of coffee I sit and contemplate "all costs tallied up- currency conversion, import tax etc- if a shop charged that much, would I still buy it?"
Yes. Yes I absolutely would.

Re-posting this because Lexon felt fit to 'flag' my last review "for containing harmful or illegal content." (It didn't).

So this time, I have edited slightly to make sure everything is kept to just the facts, if it is flagged again one has to wonder why.

My experience involves the 'Limited' edition balloon dog collaboration products, specifically, the lamp, 2025 version (or V1). My issue is with the quality of the product on arrival, the misleading marketing around the product, and how Lexon have dealt with these issues.

The Product Quality:
- The plastic the product is made of arrived scratched.
- Emailed customer service to make it right and was ignored.

The Misleading Marketing:
- The product was heavily marketed as 'a limited edition collaboration with Jeff Koons'
- When asked directly about how many were produced, they refused to answer, citing confidentiality.
- When asked, the arguably high 750 price tag was due to it being a limited item run (this is fair), as they 'wouldn't be making more'
- I asked multiple times about the vague language they used around this product's limited nature and always got vague, non-answers back, if at all.
- Lexon

They released a second iteration of the balloon dog, that completely invalidates the claims of the first version's exclusivity, which is what the product was bought for.

- They raised the price by 50 for the new product. I asked multiple times what justified the price hike, and was told there were new features in store (this turned out to just be a colour change), and then subsequently told that the initial 750 price was a discount for first time buyers, which contradicts the entire 'limited nature' marketing platform of the first product.

Lexon's Response:
- Poor, to non existent. I was either given vague or no responses on email or had my comments deleted from their social platforms, asking honest questions and raising valid concerns, instead of just simply being able to communicate.
- I was blocked from their social platforms.

All in all, a huge shame. The product itself is in itself ok. But how they have dealt with the issues, and how they mislead the scarcity of the product and then responded to honest questions and feedback tells me everything I need to know in how they value their customer base.

I would seriously rethink if you're planning to buy anything from this company.

Absolutely love my Balloon Dog. He’s the life of the party. I took him on Jam Cruise and he made me at least 100 friends. He’s simple to operate and makes people smile. Truly a man’s best friend.

Everything was great, the product is perfectly matching what I wanted
